Ned should be ashamed of himself.  He is officially the dumbest character in the history of the english language, who gave away 15% of a billion dollar company all so this woman he knew two weeks could delay telling a guy he knew even less time that the guy was going to be a father.

Sounds like he is back recurring on both soaps, at least that's how I read it. Great news!

Can't imagine, outside of a love for Wally, why anyone would be happy to see this idiot again.  His exit was a travesty!
