July 20, 201510 yr Member For AW I liked the return of Kathleen/Carl. I liked how there was an announcement to the town on a "Live" television broadcast. Below is the scene where Kathleen comes out of hiding on "live" TV to defy Carl. This was a great storyline because viewers were rooting for both Kathleen and Frankie to be paired with Cass. Members of the forgotten McKinnon family returned to be reunited with Kathleen, Carl returned to prominence on the show- especially when he caused the explosion on the Ladykiller video set to kill Kathleen not knowing she would be saved by Frankie who in turned lost her baby as a result of the explosion. http://youtu.be/oy2EF7MzMSY

July 21, 201510 yr Member I don't think Bill Bell ever used it on either Days or Y&R except Tommy Horton.Maybe because he seldom killed off characters and when he did they stayed dead. Usually Bell's "back from the dead" stories involved the audience knowing the character was still alive(Katherine, Victor, Sheila, Paul etc.) Although I think Bell was partially or indirectly responsible for Days' Brook Hamilton/Stephanie Woodruff's back from the dead story in which the character burnt their own fingerprints off.
July 28, 201510 yr Member Best: ATWT - James return "Hello, Barbara." was amazing because it was unexpected and revealed in a cool way. Yes, that was the best! That was his second return from the dead? The first was after his fall from the jet after fighting with Gunnar? I forgot what the second time was? And later he returned again as Mr. Chavez(after being declared dead at Ruxton Hills?)….LOL…where Paul thought he had killed him by shooting him in the back while he tried killing Emily for sleeping with Paul.
