E! is launching a prime time soap called 'The Royals' starring Elizabeth Hurley and a slew of other beautiful people as a fictional royal family in modern day London. It just finished principal filming and debuts in early 2015.

When I saw this thread was started by DaytimeFan, my first thought was "Joan Collins must be on this" - glad I was right! Can't wait for this. I've been looking forward to it for some time! I'm not sure how I didn't know Joan was going to be on.

It's a 10 episode order, sounds like Joan appears in only one episode as The Duchess of Oxford, but it'll likely be a bit Joan-centric, so I'm pleased to see how she'll work with Hurley, the two are physically, brilliant casting.
