Being Mary Jane, The Haves and the Have Notes, Single Ladies, Will Smith's crap Focus movie and even The Real Housewives of.. all promoted during Empire. When was the last time specific types of cable shows were promoted as highly on a broadcast show?

None of that is being promoted on the Fox Philly affiliate. Mostly Fox shows discussing Empire are the commercials.

I love Jussie's voice, but I hate that faint vibrato that he puts at the end of phrases.

They packed too much in this finale though. Some of this stuff could've happened next season.

I'm referring to those shows as being promoted during Empire's commercial breaks, at least on the main FOX feed out of New York (the #1 market). It's never been done before, at least not as consistently. Heck, even BET's The Game is getting promo time. That show stinks!

Like 75% of it could have been saved. They basically told an entire storyline in two hours, and that's a big no-no.

That cliffhanger just meant absolutely nothing to me because it was based almost entirely on stuff that happened tonight.

There's an After Empire special airing at 10:30 on FOX5. I'm wondering if it's locally programmed, but still with plenty of FOX affiliates airing it.

They must only be doing that on the New York one because they're not promoting black shows on the Philly affiliate.
