I know Lisa Seidman' name doesn't appear in credits when the HWs edit the breakdowns but she's been gone for four episodes in a row. Maybe they got rid of her and SA/JP will be editing the breakdowns like Ron Carlivati does...HW should edit anyways...seems like a waste to have yet another person on staff to do that. Looks like Joanna Cohen might be under contract as breakdown writer. Wonder if JP/SA will bring in a new script writer.

Y&R credits are quite confusing at the moment. From having Seidman disappear for days, to having Milstein be credited after Brent Boyd, to Wednesday's episode where suddely both Seidman and Milstein are credited... I guess they need time to settle, lol.

yes, he was a longtime OLTL, AW scriptwriter, then disappeard from the scene until Rauch hired him as GL headwriter to repace the Labines. He stayed with GL until the end then went over to ATWT before going to AMC. He's been out of the scene since AMC went off the air. He's never worked for Phelps. This is a Passanante hire.

    • A--I wish someone would post a better vid of the entire ball, as it must be out there. And B--nope. Evie is only in a small segment of the ball with Phillip, Rick and Mindy. She doesn't dance at all. Ross dances with Helena and Amanda. I'm not even sure why Evie is at the ball---Vanessa heartily disliked her. I did see that Billy actually asked Henry to introduce him to Vanessa, which I hadn't realized.
    • Honestly, they should've ordered more of 2000 Malibu Road for the 1992-93 midseason and aired it when Knots went on a break. That was probably their best shot.    Then of course they fumbled Central Park West by airing it in the 9PM slot instead of a 10PM slot where it would've been away from the Fox dramas. CPW got its best rating by airing randomly on a Sunday and when it was taken off the air for a "re-tooling", Party of Five's ratings actually had a spike, so clearly they were feeding off each other. But being a smaller network focused on a certain demographic, Fox could afford to be patient Party of Five, CBS couldn't...
    • Agree on Bruce Gray as Owen; they needed to cast star power. He was too lightweight against Kim and he had no chemistry with Frances Fischer except more gay buddy or daddy figure.  I loved Nola and Eliot together though. Lee Godart should have been longer term.
    • Andre has the worst fashion of the males which is off putting for someone as fine as he is. His jackets and sweaters look dated and no vintage does not work for him
    • I don’t recall MSW having a toy line in the late 80’s or early 90’s like all those Saturday morning cartoons did LOL but thought this was cute when I saw it in a vintage toy store yesterday:

    • Copying and pasting pasting this here as to not to derail the KL thread lol Wow I forgot CBS actually did try multiple attempts to come up with a soapy replacement for Knots on Thursday nights in the 10/9 slots for the 93-94 season.   Angel Falls had promise but CBS didn’t give it a fair chance. Latham’s Second Chances got even worse ratings than Angel Falls and wasn’t given a second chance when the Northridge quake destroyed the show’s sets. One West Waikiki looked gorgeous but was a blink you missed it affair. Finally we got Hotel Malibu, a quasi follow-up to Second Chances that stayed as the summer replacement series it was. CBS switched gears and had Chicago Hope air in the slot…against ER. It made the Top 30 but obviously underperformed below expectations. CBS gave up, and gave us 48 Hours for years there. It wasn’t until the 2002-03 season when CBS finally produced a Top 20 show for that spot with Without A Trace against an aging ER.
    • Of course I join in on wishing that Peacock & Corday & Sony would all together come to the conclusion that NOW would be a fine time to put some of these gems in the archive on full display!!! But, at the same time I'd like to give kudos to the fact that behind the scenes they've been doing the great work of preservation by taking tapes, etc. & converting them to modern digital formats. Besides the important fact of preserving them it means they are ready to go!
