There are lots of forgotten characters. I didn't even know there was a Dimitri Cassadine who actually took the Q fortune back in the 80s

Yeah Bobbie mentioned her sister Pat one time in 1978. At the hospital, she ran into a woman named Colleen, who was a minor character on the show at that time. Colleen had been the Spencer's neighbor back in Florida. Bobbie tried to dodge her but Colleen kept talking and asked about Luke and "your sister Pat" who used to make dresses or something. Bobbie said she didn't speak to them anymore and ended the conversation. Pat has never been mentioned since.

Now there are all these rumors that Donna Mills is going to play her, but I think that's kind of stupid. Where has she been all these years? Even if they don't speak, why hasn't anyone mentioned her? When Lulu was sick with Leukemia, before Nikolas came to town, in the real world Luke would have tracked her down and asked her to be tested. There are other examples too, but to bring her on now would really make no sense.
