He has a contract instead of just random appearances when they need to stunt ratings. Frank sure has the money to pull people from other soaps though. We have the OLTL3 (sorry, they will ALWAYS be that to me!) and Theresa Castillo as the feces...er, faces...of GH now. Who needs a well-loved GH VET like Tristan Rogers and Robert Scorpio permanently? Evidently, not FV/RC. It's their own damned fault for NOT securing TR when they had the opportunity. No, they give contracts to pets and no talents only. Sorry. TR wants steady income. Smart choice.
