I will never understand why they have character behave like morons for the sake of a plot. This may be fun, but why not just say this young woman was attacked? Sami and Kate's actions are so unnecessary. I could understand if Gabi was in the wrong and they tried to cover up her reckless behavior but that's not the case.

And it should be pointed out that between Sami and Gabi they have like three relatives who are cops.

Considering Chief Mumbles just gave Nicole, NOT a Brady family "favorite," a free pass on running poor Kristen off the road, this is a no-brainer in terms of NO crime. When DAYS comes up with this cr@p, that's when I tune out. SO I wonder if Sami is going to confess everything to EJ - since she expects EJ to share all of his sister's secrets with her.....
