Kristen Alderson won. The little homewrecker finally got her Emmy. She's not going anywhere, either.

I wish I could be more happy for Days... and I am for the actors... but I just can't. I'm still too upset over my favorite actors no longer on the show. Now my fear is things will never go back to the way they were (and no, I don't mean Higley. lol)

I can't be happy for Days of Our Lives either since they ruined the Sonny and Will story by having Will sleep with Gabi and then getting her pregnant. They just had to throw a girl and a baby in there.

So all the great stuff they've done with Will and Sonny since then is nothing? Will was confused and self-hating, and slept with a girl who he had a past with. He and Sonny weren't together yet. It happens. This show is on such a roll!

Thanks, Nate4. I understand and respect why BreakingDownTheWalls, you didn't like that with Gabi though. It seems like kind of a cliche and a copout and can seem insulting to gay representation. I'm just saying, it's in the past, and the show has more than done right by Will and Sonny since then in my opinion. I call that thing with Gabi the plotty beginning to a mostly character-driven story. Hopefully in time, you will be able to be happy for the show again!

Yeah, well, the baby is here. I'm not about to watch them coo over a baby.

Corday explained how his parents started the show and how they'd only won once and that it had taken 38 years, but there they were, winning on Father's Day, which was also Corday's birthday and that it was a day to celebrate. Very classy of him.
