Members cassadine1991
I'm sure the best soap opera writers went through lots of stories they deemed were bad or thought weren't good enough
Members NothinButAttitude
All My Shadows, Why did you delete your entire work?! You're never supposed to delete anything that you do creatively. You should've saved it, walked away from it and revised it at a later time. I would've loved to have read what you came up with. Once I get done with a creative work that I am currently working on, somewhat Hollyoak-ish but revolving around my recent study abroad experience, I'd love for you all to read it and give me feedback. Members Winchester91
I always loved creating soaps in my head...and creating family trees on FamilyEcho with long-term stories in mind. I'm glad to know I'm not alone.
Members Khan
I say the same thing every time. I'm working on something as well. I envision it as a traditional, hour-long, five-day-a-week soap opera (with 30 characters to start) about life in an industrial town. There IS a heavy teen element (although, my teen characters aren't as cutting-edge as anything currently on AMC or OLTL), but there are also elements of family drama and class warfare. And then there's a mystery about a dead body in a lake.
