Part of it says Epiphany tells the hospitals new interns that they're beginning they're new careers on what would have been Dr. Steve Hardy's 50th anniversary of working at the institution. Was he portrayed as a first year doctor when the show began?

We actually did a photoshoot with that dress at the magazine I work at. It's stunning in person and looks great on the right person. It's just not a good dress for Vanessa Marcil.

I think the Anniversary coincided with Steve's years as a doctor. I remember watching the 1993 anniversary celebrating Steve years as a doctor.
