I've noticed some new promos for both shows when I watch my morning Comedy Central shows on Hulu. The ones I've seen end with "THIS WEEK on..."

They seem to have retired the generic "New episodes every Monday" and are trying to ratchet up anticipation.

I just wanna know who is returning. I'm afraid it's gonna be Niki Smith.

None of them would surprise me. I thought Carlo and Alex were likely candidates too. I just hope it's not as simple as Niki Smith lol.

I was under the impression from the Soaps.com interview that the returning fan fave was someone they were still talking to and that hadn't filmed anything yet. Thus, I was trying to think of possibilities with the current cast members. But it's possible Jen was lying in the interview and they already had the cast member on board.

Oddly, those promos will play for me -- in the past promos wouldn't on Hulu. I like the new promo, though I'm not sure about the chalkboard style writing... (Is this the season finale promo--it doesn't say anything about a season finale...)

The OLTL one doesn't say anything about a season finale- just "catch up on the drama." But I think we're assuming some of the new gala scenes are from the finale. The AMC one that was up earlier today expressly said season finale- August 19th (OLTL date). Then it disappeared presumably to change the date. I'm not sure if it's back- I can't seem to find it now.
