"People have other things going on- just because they aren't appearing now, doesn't mean they won't down the line. If you don't watch because "so and so" isn't on now, the show will go off the air for good- there's no 3rd chance, and they will never be on your screen in Pine Valley again."

I feel for Jill Larson-- she's probably regretting somewhat opening herself to the general public. She's become something of a de facto repository for people on social media to pepper with complaints and questions about spoilers and plots, etc.

See, this is why we soap fans can't have nice things! I kid, of course, but that's what I felt like saying when I read that statement from her assistant a few weeks ago politely asking people to back off.

Hopefully, these reincarnations resist the urge to commit the same mistakes of the soaps of the past (and some of the current ones on TV) making a show revolve around one character or a very small group of characters. Hopefully, these shows will be ensembles in every sense of the word.

Todd belongs on OLTL 100% more than he will ever belong on GH. Regardless of if RH wants to play him or not, I'm hopeful PP either puts the character out to pasture or recasts. Anything would be better than continuing the hackjob done on the character by RC. I'd rather Todd be dead than be on GH.

I'd rather Todd comes back for this brief stint, then decides to leave Llanview for a new life in another town (not named Port Charles). Blair, or the kids could always mention hearing from him.. or visiting him.

I do think John has to return for this brief stint to finally resolve his relationship with Natalie, then he can leave again for another location that isn't Port Charles. Then they can reference baby Liam going to visit his daddy for the summer, or holidays.. etc.

Sometimes CH can put her foot in her mouth, but who doesn't do that. Besides, she does say that this is only her opinion.
