Ugh, I actually think Leslie's shot is post-face work Hers, Jane's, Lynn's and Kim's (yes, Robin gets a current cast picture to whomever was freaking out about that) are not from the same shoot with the grey background like the rest. Lynn's is something old and the other three look like they are new but taken on set, not in front of the grey background.

I found my paperback AMC one at Barnes and Noble but I also saw it at my local grocery stores. It'll be available plenty of places. I believe they also had a hardcover AMC one at Barnes too.
