Interesting. Sounds to me like he's burnt out, which is understandable. I think he just needs to recharge his batteries a bit longer, before diving back into the role of Tad.

I feel bad, it sounds like he's doubting his relevance beyond a legacy prop. He's practically doubting his ability as an actor. He doesn't realize how funny and charming he is and I hope he does soon. I want Tad back.

It sounds to me like MEK simply has a scheduling issue keeping him from being able to commit to PP.

He was soooo funny on Hot in Cleveland. He also auditioned for a role on Devious Maids, but that role went to someone else. I think he should try his luck again during pilot season before coming back to All My Children.

Ok Well If some wont sign than PP needs to recast. It would be beyound stupid for them to allow the majority of AMC cast to be recurring. PP has no security net that way.

Perhaps that's why Alicia Minshew's tweets turned positively/coy a few days ago? They must've reached a deal for her to join but be recurring
