I don't know how I feel about this. I bet there's more than meets the eye and perhaps Destiny really isn't whoring herself out. At least, I'd hope not! I wonder why Matthew calls her a whore. Perhaps they tried for a relationship and she cheated on him or something. All I know is that if this is their first scene, we're all gonna be confused as all f!

They better have damn good actors playing these roles. I really hope Destiny isn't prostituing herself. She can easily take his ass to court and sue for child support

That stuff doesn't sound like anything true to the characters or their situation. It sounds like someone got lost on the way to Maury.

Nah, that sounds a lot like Matthew. I always adored him and EA but you have to remember he was a prick.

I could see him not wanting to be a father, as he was that way at the end of OLTL. I can't see him disowning a child and not paying any money. I also can't see Nora and Bo going along with that.

I could see him not having a relationship with the child and not giving them money because he knows Bo and Nora will. It's not like he has his own money anyway.

Ps, I'm looking at the picture again and I swear it says 30s for Matthew and Destiny, not 20s. That'd be a huge time jump for them! It definnitely says Dani 17 and Jack 18 though.

Here's the summary:

Matthew stops by Destiny's apartment. It's clear they're not on good terms, as they're somewhat short with each other. Destiny says it isn't a good time, she's expecting someone. She goes into the other room to change Drew and Matthew is shocked by what he sees on Destiny's laptop - SugarDaddy.com. She tells him it's none of his business and he says yeah it is, you're the mother of my kid. Destiny says it's no big deal, it's not a crime to talk to them, entertain them, provide companionship. They show more respect for her than Matthew does. "You waltz in here when you've got a hard-on and then you disappear. And when you're gone, I still have a child to raise, bills to pay, like rent, tuition, doctor's bills." He says "So rich old men give you money for sex? Some mother." Matthew acknowledges that he didn't want to be part of that but he's going to draw the line, she's exposing him to sick, twisted stuff. She says he doesn't know anything and tells him to get out. Matthew says "You know, Destiny, I just realized you're nothing but a whore." She slaps him and says "Listen to me and listen good: you gave up any rights over my life when you chose not to have anything to do with our baby. So don't you dare judge me." She shoves him out the door and once he's gone, she bursts into tears.

EDIT: She also says 'sh!t' so I'm not sure if they're going for edgier dialogue
