I mean, she looks bad, but not as bad. I remember someone saying when that pic originally came out that her face looked horrible because it was still healing from whatever surgery she'd had, hence the colorless, grey, sickly look that isn't present in the other pictures. I bet it didn't look as bad in person. You can kind of tell that when you see various shots from that event, she definitely looks pastier in some shots than in others.
