Interesting how it was setup as it wasnt straight live concert like the Beast stuff we've been watching. This was a TV and it did look different. Part documentary, part concert. It was interesting how in between the songs, they would show some behind the scene stuff as well as chronicle their career and bits of their videos (some of which Ive never seen before) I love when he did this to the camera. GD's hair Cool how they did their songs together then broke off into solos. I liked Taeyang's songs and Seungri's VVIP was alright. Wasnt really feeling Daesung. He was boring compared to the rest. Needless to say, I LOVED GD and TOP. How hot was it them coming out in those scooters and rapping while driving around the arena? Their rendition of Oh Yeah was great too and I loved the surprise twist to the performance that I wont spoil. They did good, espeically GD. Now High High...awesome! Probably my favorite performance of that song from them. I loved all the colors, lights, smoke and how hype they made it. Plus the dancing was good. I never really listened to Beautiful Hangover and Cafe before but these are two new songs Im digging. Gara Gara Go, man I love that song. Probably my favorite Big Bang song. It didnt dissapoint. Other highlights were Haru Haru, Lies (remix), My Heaven and Last Farewell. Overall good show. Will have to watch another when I have the time. I may even track down the DVD version which is supposed to be more like a live concert and less documentary Love his look Haha Now back to Beast. I didn't live post though because i was rendering a video at the same time and the internet was going soo slow Compared to B2ST concerts I've seen, these ones seem to have a bit more production value and a sort of episodic feel to them. It was a true experience watching it and I thought the documentary/concert format was pretty cool. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ygkhxUItiUM "V.V.I.P"/Seungri LOVED this song & performance. Also loved his "What Can I Do" performance. That guy is also a REALLY good dancer Taeyang did a nice job too w/"Where U At." Not as much a fan of the song as I am the beat of it. Baby Don't Cry/D-lite on the other hand? OMG! Was NOT feeling him or that performance at all for some reason. GD & Top Man they were awesome. PPEOGIGAYO And the "Oh Yeah" performance was AMAZING! The look/style for the "High High" performance was stunning. Also floved their outfits. LMAO. I didn't like "Beautiful Hangover" too much. I find the song kind of annoying, I mean just the name first of all...LOL "Ms. Liar" makes me LMAO. "YOUR A STUPID LIUH. LIUH. LIUH LIUH" Haru Haru Wow, loved the acoustic version they sang. That's a really beautiful song. Overall really liked this concert, they have a really cool sound & I got some new songs from them out of this. Definitely will listen to more of them and also Seungri as well. He seems really good. I first saw Strong Baby on YT from one of their live concerts and I loved that performance. I didnt even know GD was in the video as he wasnt in the performance or the small bit of the video they showed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iuXpu3alDB4 I was SHOCKED when I first saw the video and him performing. He looks like the little dork of the group yet boy did his thing. Like he's a sex symbol there...lol Stupid Liar! Love it. One thing Ive found confusing about BB's songs is as Ive seen them with 2 different names and Im not sure why. You can try searching for Big Bang's Alive Comeback concert at the same place you got the Love and Hope tour. LMAO at the way they were dancing & jumping in place, getting into the music and acting like fools. They're super funny & sound really good. Btw. Earlier today, I was listening to "Beautiful" by B2ST over and over. Obviously I've listened to it before (LOL) but I was suddenly obsessed with it today and had it on repeat forever while I was on the train. It's a really fantastic song. It's moved up on my top songs list! Just wanted to share that! LOL. About the Beautiful Hangover - I agree with you about liking the studio version better than live. Beleive it or not, but Ive drastically decreased my B2ST listening habits. I was all about them a month ago but now its all about Big Bang! Im like 85% Big Bang right now and 15% Beast. Its crazy but BB has so much music out there that Im still discovering bc they've been out alot longer. Cool concept. Back to Big Bang, I knwo you dont like it but I am OBSESSED with Beautiful Hangover. Its been my favorite song for the past few weeks. I love the singing and how the 3 main vocalists come together to put it together and then you have GD and TOP's rapping bits spliced in. I want T.O.P. to release a solo album (why doesnt he have one yet?). Taeyang needs to come out with a second one and Seungri needs a full album. She's featured in the song "I Know" with Seungri and I think she has a really fantastic voice. Seems she's pretty popular in Korea and Japan as well. I'll try it out bc of your reccommendation IU does have a beautiful voice Beast, Im not over them but I did make a conscious decision to limit my listening of them. I couldnt believe how much they had taken over my life. I didnt get sick or tired but I did want to give other acts a chance to impress and I already enjoyed Big Bang. Trust me, Ive been looking for more Beast concerts and will let you know when I find them.
