I recently started watching B&B(on Friday LOL) but this looks so good and I think the show is good overall

Here's what I think:

Yes, Stephanie's cancer has returned. However, this time, the cancer is contained to one organ. The same organ Katie needs a transplant for in order to continue living. And Dollar Bill either will bribe someone to move Katie's name ahead of Stephanie's on the list of those awaiting transplants or he'll buy the awaiting organ outright and make sure it goes to Katie.

Either way, Stephanie will die, and all will blame Bill, causing further drama among the Forresters, Logans and Spencers.

Brad often doesn't let medical facts stand in the way of story, but when Stephanie dies from this cancer, it is because the disease has spread to the liver, which affects all the organs as the liver filters blood. Stephanie won't/can't survive by transplant - cancer patients generally speaking aren't candidates, and they also aren't viable donors.

I just hope this is as big as it needs to be. EVERYBODY should be there. They need to get all of Stephanie's children back, including forgotten Kristen and MIA Ridge. I want Taylor and her kids there, plus Brooke and her clan which includes Bridget. Other past characters like Nick & Jackie would be nice and I wouldn't be against her meeting up in heaven with Phoebe and Ann. I feel like they will get it right so I'm not too worried. Will be a must-watch story.
