Members DRW50
Thanks for the extra details. I didn't realize Tommy Rettig was in this. I like the cast, it's too bad the show didn't last. This was such a sweet and low-key finale, aside from the specter of Vietnam in the background.

Members Bright Eyes
I find Never Too Young to be such a gem. The whole "Oh, gee. Good Golly." atmosphere never feels to brighten my day, though I can understand how that could get tired for a daily program, especially a soap opera.
Members danfling
I had never known that Dack Rambo (later on All My Children and Another World) had been billed as Norman Rambo.

Members jam6242
I loved this show when I was a kid. I was so upset when it was canceled, not knowing what was to come in its place!
Members Max
Was this soap filmed in NY or CA?
Members saynotoursoap
Never Too Young, Morning Star, and Paradise Bay were all produced in LA.
Members Max
Thanks for the response. I always thought that NTY was one of the few pre-1980 soaps (aside from GH, DOOL, and Y&R) produced in LA. Morning Star and Paradise Bay are not surprising either, given that they were Corday soaps. I know that The Clear Horizon was also filmed in LA. I'm guessing that Bright Promise was as well, though I am not sure about that one.
Members saynotoursoap
Yes, Bright Promise was taped in LA. The Brighter Day also taped there for its final months, having moved from New York.
