Congratulations to younger actor winner Chandler Massey (Will) who became the 9th actor in "Days of Our Lives" history to win a Daytime Emmy! He joins two-time winner Macdonald Carey (Tom Horton, lead actor, 1974, 1975) and winners Susan Flannery (Laura Horton, lead actress, 1975), Suzanne Rogers (Maggie Horton, supporting actress, 1979), Leann Hunley (Anna DiMera, supporting actress, 1986), Tamara Braun (Ava Vitali, supporting actress, 2009), Billy Warlock (Frankie Brady, younger actor, 1988), Darin Brooks (Max Brady, younger actor, 2009) and Hugh McPhillips (Carl Pearson, guest appearance, 1980).

Congratulations also go out to the "Days of Our Lives" writing team of Marlene McPherson, Darrell Ray Thomas Jr., Dena Higley, David Cherrill, Carolyn Culliton, Richard Culliton, Rick Draughon, Christopher Dunn, Lacey Dyer, Jeanne Marie Ford, Janet Iacobuzio, David A. Levinson, Michelle Poteet Lisanti, Fran Myers, John Newman, Ryan Quan, Peter T.
