I HIGHLY doubt the hosts come up with their own questions, especially on these five-days-a-week talk shows. The research team should've caught that, unless it was adlibbing on Kathie Lee's part which is also possible, but still this is an easy mistake to make. People cant be expected to know every little detail about celebrities out there. It was an honest mistake and she gave a sincere and classy apology.
