I have all the seasons on DVD. They are pretty cheap to get now as well. I havent seen the DVDs for a while. I think I will this coming year.

Aren't the DVDs mistakenly of the syndicated edited versions or some controversy like with Roseanne?

I think they are unedited. At least that's what I read on Sitcoms Online.

The TC DVDs are all the original broadcast versions.

TV Land aired the first episode of Man About the House (the UK original) for TC's 25th anniversary (nearly ten years ago -- jeez, time flies!), and I really really liked it! There used to be episodes on YouTube, and I think there are some of George and Mildred (the UK "Ropers"), but I think all the MATH has been taken down

Yeah Season 1 of MF is syndicated. I remember a while back fans were asked if they were interested in a season 2 release. There wasnt much interest in season 2 since it would be syndicated versions of it as well. The only ones that arent syndicated are the Buba years.

As for The Cosby Show only season 1 was syndicated...unfortunately the show was put on dvd with all the seasons in it with season 1 unedited but who was going to pay all that money just to get the first season unedited...I sure didnt...lol
