October 30, 201114 yr Member Considering that JJ is the only Lucky to me (and one of the few things that I miss about the mess that GH is), I'll be DVRing this marathon. (Although, I do wish that SoapNet gives us OLTL fans one great marathon before the channel goes off the air in January.)
November 26, 201114 yr Member I'm watching. Loved the first episode. It had Lucky/Luke/Laura/Karen/Jagger/Sean/Sonny/Lucy/Scott. Really classic and really good.
November 26, 201114 yr Member Aww. Foster the Dog. The only animal I know of to ever get into the opening credits of a soap.
November 27, 201114 yr Member They picked some good episodes to show, I especially loved that first episode from 1993 with the Triple L Diner explosion. That was just pure, good soap! I loved the Luke/Laura scenes and watching Lucky have to do things on his own. And back then Sonny was actually not a punk bitch mobster eating the show. Mute, dark haired Lulu! LMAO! I also loved the episode where Laura told Lucky about Nikolas. Tyler Christopher was soo good in that episode. I wish I could see the episodes that followed after that one because I would've liked to see Laura & Nik's first scenes, as well as Lucky and Nik's first scenes as bro's.
November 28, 201114 yr Member Well, I DVRd the first four episodes and went back to a time when GH was worth tuning into. Seeing: JJ Lucky be an awesome kid/cool teen Liz being the creative and witty girl that I used to love Original Emily played by a better actress Nik when he used to be present on this show Luke and Laura being fabulously in love Jason still having some semblance of a personality My Robin learning to rebuild her life after the loss her her true love, Stone Tony Jones Carly being treated like the scuzzbucket skank that she is My Alan Q still being dapper, despite being down and out with a pill addiction Mac and Felicia being lovely in love Maxie when she wasn't an annoying chew toy of a character Jagger and Karen Sonny actually being treated as a criminal Sean Donnelly, Amy Vining, Scotty Baldwin, and Audrey Hardy Jax being allowed to be his dashing self My Lucy Coe being her fantabulous self Seeing these memories just reminded me of why I made the right choice in leaving this craptacular show behind after Brenda left.
