Can't wait for the Tad & Dixie episode, that's when I was nuts for them. They were the first soap couple I adored. And 1993 Tad was still very much on the sexy side.

I still think MEK/Tad's sexy. I mean, he's aged fairly well. Though, I think his and CH's divorce took a toll on him. That's when he started getting chubby.

I love MEK but he was, excuse my french, lickable pre-1994 and he wasn't so much so after.

I agree with that comment. LOL.

But, I cannot help myself. I still have that episode from last year where Tad popped out of a cake on my DVR.

And, I think if I met MEK I would probably faint and die. So, I still think he's hot as hades.

They changed the song

I have been a pretty vocal non AMC fan, but if I wasn't 6 when this aired I would have been HOOKED. This show must have been getting major ratings in 1984. (OLTL started its downturn during this period, and from what clips I have seen on Youtube it skewed MUCH older, in terms of character, and was dare I say downright stodgy). Just basing on this episode, it just WORKS.

Yea, old AMC kinda shows us why it was canceled. I mean, I love the show. But, for about two years now I've only been watching because as you all know I am a huge MEK fan.

But...AMC currently sucks. And, it has since around 2006. But, in the 80s and 90s it was awesome. (Though, I've only watched classics on YT and on Soapnet when they air them)
