I'm about to watch today's show on SOAPnet, but I had to say this first. While I haven't really enjoyed the TSJ vs. RH wars; I will say after visiting another board, our debates don't hold a nasty misspelled candle.

I saw EP at H&M on 5th Ave. several years ago and she was doing that thing where you look around to see who's looking at you.

I think this is bull, why is a now proven mentally ill brainwashed man being treated like the world's most hated man? You can't have it both ways.

OK, I'll bite--who's EP?

And yeah, the second point is one that's bugging me too. It also seems like they should question or show the reaction of Irene, if we need to have her still on the canvas anyway...

Clint is totally a GILF

I swear it feels like Aubrey and Cutter are on their own seperate show

Is a GILF like a DILF? *confused*

The Aubrey and Cutter stuff is just... So pointless--even with that Kim/Aubrey reveal. And since when did the MinuteMan motel start having fancy little belhop style uniforms? The people working there we've seen before certainly didn't...

Worse thing is that Mark is enjoying the storyline according to one of the mags. These actors love playing dark shades so much they don't even realize they just got run over by the bus and are now being dragged until their ultimate demise.

While I hate what they've done to Brody, I kinda get that. Poor Mark has had NOTHING to play for, what, a year now? I mean some guilt and a few brief scenes of drama, but mostly he's been the nice, boring guy. You can just tell Frank V is gearing all up for another "Brody goes psycho and has a steamy shower montage" scene.

Yes. Grandfather....well I think you know the rest...lol

I'm still confused as to why they edited out TSJ so fast and yet Charlie and Langston are still in the credits?

That's okay, Mark. There's a dressing room at B&B with your name on it (under Jacob Young's).

B&B dressing room names are written in disappearing ink.

Tell me Viki, you couldn't name one single time TSJ tried to help your children or you? In a flash I recalled just last year. TSJ hiring PIs to find Jessica after Mitch abducted her.TSJ not able to sleep he was so worried about how Viki was holding up and going to stay with her at Clint's. Viki even said she was so moved by his concern and was glad he was there to distract her.

Viki rightfully should have thrown the fake DID crap in RH's face. Giving RH this self-righteous attitude isn't working with this long-term viewer.

Word. And, at least for me, it seems to be backfiring from RC's reason for adjusting story that way. It's NOT going to win over any fans to RH-Todd who didn't liek him already, quite the opposite.

TSJ played most of his scenes with his family as being very contemptuous of them, so that probably spilled over into the writing.

The biggest problem with all of this is that so much of the story is focused on people RH Todd had no real ties to - he did have a relationship with Tea, but it wasn't on anywhere near the same terms as her relationship with TSJ Todd, so it doesn't translate. Viki and Blair are, once again, afterthoughts in the story, and all of Todd's kids are unable to play strong material, which they aren't really getting anyway.

Something tells me the show is more worried about how this Todd switch affects John than they are about how it affects Viki or Blair.

Honestly if RC wanted to win over any TSJTodd fans, especially ones pledging to no longer watch, making RH's character and everyone else be so smug about his death was definitely not the right way to go.

I dunno about anyone else but I loved RH and TSJ together, and if RC had been smart he wouldve had RHTodd's anger be directed at the right person.

Knowing RC, they'll be the big sweeps story lol

Seriously, why is he wasting what few months are left on newbies Aubrey and Cutter?

Why not take the time instead and write a Jessica and Cristian reunion? Jessica can always return on PP with a recast face and announce it didn't work out if needed.

I know it's not all RC's fault (Dorian), but it does seem like ever since the cancelation, more and more RC is focusing on newbies and writing out core characters (OK Joey and Kelly were going nowhere fast, but that was at leat partly his lack of interest in writing for them).

I think the other issue is they are writing RHTodd this way to try to make him a suspect in TSJ Todd's murder, but does anyone actually think he killed TSJ Todd? It reminds me of when TSJ Todd was so uncaring as Blair was bleeding to death. Some said it was done because he was a suspect in her stabbing, but it was just so offputting. The writing is always focused on the next five minutes, not long term.

They should have just written Rama out, and Vimal too. I like Vimal but he's just a plot point/toady, and Rama looked horrible when she was practically ripping Cristian's pants off seemingly moments after her husband was sent to prison. I still don't understand that. Is that the default mode for young female characters on this show? And didn't they say she never loved Vimal and it was just an arranged marriage? If so, then I don't know how to care about them.

They rewrote David's history more than once but I think they kept the basics (his brother was Spencer, his mother worked for Renee) about the same in recent years. The only change was Bo being his father instead of Asa. Well, that, and apparently he was a baby Damien who tried to kill Renee.

Infant killer to ha ha factory...I don't know how he did it.

LOL I don't remember the evil baby stuff--must have blocked it out.

It sounded like originally RC was going to imply Rama didn't love Vimal and it was only an arranged marriage, but back tracked--to that it was an arranged marriage but she grew to love him.

Yes. Grandfather....well I think you know the rest...lol

LOL, I'll have to add it to my vocabulary :P

No, even at its worst, this site is far and away one of the most civilized soap boards...
