A German episode was uploaded with missing scenes from the official YouTube's Episode 390 (see description)... anyone know what this is about? Why would there be deleted scenes from the official episode? Music? Is the Videoland version full?

Thank you so much! Do you by chance have the missing 2000 and 2001 episodes in German. Ive been thinking about that since we are watching in such fast pace. I would be so grateful if you could add them when you have time. You have been one of the super heros of this community.

Videoland episode is fully uncut. The YT upload of ep# 390 encountered an error, like a handful of others (you can “see” the full episode is there when you toggle the player). The official YT channel promised to fix the error at the time, I guess they haven’t. In fact, let’s be honest, the entire YT channel is a joke. They upload seasons that have already been uploaded in full. Interns!?

Question: are we certain of the preemption days for B&B in 1994 during OJ?

#1830 is a fourth of July episode with a pool party for Jessica - but according to the circulating data in the Vault (excel file of B&B air dates provided by a lovely board member!) it aired on July 13, 1994 o CBS due to various pre-emption in late June / early July. Some on here used to be savvy enough and constantly checked the old google tv goups or sth. like that from 1990s. Could he/she probably confirm when this episode aired?

That's Mykel Shannon Jenkins who won the SOAPNET show Who wants to be soap star!? (or sth. like that) and was signed up by busy talent manager Michael Bruno. Jenkins was brought onto B&B as the son of Lt. Baker, Det. Charlie Baker. Everyone suspected Brad Bell was serious about adding a black family in 2007 but he was not. Despite being initially on contract, Charlie Baker was never more than a police man and quickly disappaered. He was occassionally used as the detective until 2012 but eventually forgotten.

About the 1994 episodes: do we know why the show decided to have Ridge go out on a date with Bikini Bar waitress Rhonda around #1831!??? It is super random and weird. First of all, they had not met until she suddenly popped up at Forrester Creations and immediately sked him out on a date. Rhonda was also not seen much for 1 1/2 years as her only purpose was to be around Sly, Zach and Felicia during the Ganz story in fall 1992. Plus, there are plenty of model character floating at the company to serve as a possible date for Ridge!?

    • They're neither great nor terrible AFAIK, but it is more a question of the streaming numbers in this day and age vs. actual TV airings. The Chibnall era reminded me much more of the crisis years, but I do think it's a very real possibility now as well due to the streaming bubble collapse affecting the show and its prospects.
    • ANYTHING to get her off the screen..she COULD have been interesting if she and Van had a few face offs..(there was a mild one of her going back to work...but I wanted something meatier "Bitch, I am Vanessa Chamberlain and I don't take advice from someone who followed the..career path you did!" I did like Alex's outright disdain for her.
    • Thanks @Vee for the commentary.    I haven’t even watched this season yet after  I couldn’t get past the couple episodes last season…like it was too Disneyified for my taste, although I did think it was a least better than the Chibnall era (but so is a lot of things). I’ll probably go back and binge it now. Hoping this season ends on a high note. I did read the ratings are terrible. As it stands I’m beginning to feel like what long time DW fans felt with S26 in 1989.
    • Yes, they are all on contract. Next.
    • I also never understood Alex's friendship with Sonni or keeping the secret of Marah's paternity.  Not exactly heartbroken about Ms. Sally being ushered to the Hereafter.

I'm sorry but I'm a glutton for punishment. Would love to see this woman OWNING the canvas. Telling off Leslie who tells her she's the head b!tch.
    • And in case anyone is confused; Rusty was hired by HB to work undercover and infiltrate some gang sabotaging Lewis.

    • The Dallas finale was the highest-rated episode since October 9, 1987 (Gone with the Wind). Prior to the finale, the last Dallas episode to finish ahead of a new episode of Murder, She Wrote was October 23, 1987 (Tough Love). Prior to the finale, the last Dallas episode to finish ahead of a new episode of The Cosby Show was February 22, 1985 (Shattered Dreams).
