The Real World Las Vegas

Finally saw the episode and I hav to say I felt abd for Dustin too. I could empathize with him in his situation especially since he was pretty much all alone there. What he did in his past is his own business and he wasnt obligated to tell any of his roommates about that except for Heather and that was bc he was dating her. Michael needed to STFU with wanting him kicked out over this.

Ok, the episode was REALLY good because it was what The Real World was and should always be about. But like AMS said before, next week is taking 2 HUGE steps back with Heather (of all people!) and Nany making out hardcore. It was like the biggest WTF and contradictory feeling after seeing that preview follow the episode.

I really only felt bad for Heather... although I wanted her to lash out at him more. Dustin is just a moron, and I HATE how he told Heather that she is overreacting and has no right to be upset! Bitch, please.

The other roommies really shouldn't be so judgmental, except for the fact that Dustin is so anti-gay. They should call him on that at all times, which is why I like Mike a lot. I even really was happily surprised by Leroy's reaction and how he sat Dustin down to discuss it, when Leroy is a self-proclaimed homophobe.

Anyway, I just don't think Las Vegas is a good setting for a show like The Real World. It sucked the first time, and sucks this season too. At least they got Adam out. The Real World was never, and should never be about 18 year olds getting drunk and just partying all the time. Leave that to Jersey Shore. The Real World is about putting people with different values and backgrounds together and see how they interact and teach each other a few things. Brooklyn is the only season in the last 10 seasons I think that actually went back to their roots and was an intriguing season. DC might fit that category too.

I thought Dustin was full of ish as to why he kept it a secret  he aint ashamed of what he did but he didnt want his actions judged by his roomates, uh everyone's actions are usually judged. In this day and age he shouldve known that that this wouldve came out, please

And yes what made it worse was his hypocrisy with his homophobic rants (didnr wanr a gay roomate because they might sniff his underwear. The Males in the house were not over the top with how they felt bout gays, just the usual but his comments were so over the top that it made Leroy and Mike like  WTH

I completely disagree. Brooklyn is the first season (or arguably Hollywood) since the original that went back to the roots of the show and I felt they've all done that since except for the Cancun season which was a huge step backwards. Brooklyn, DC, New Orleans and now Las Vegas seem to be more like real values and the original seasons than the sex, getting arrested, drunk and senseless fightings of the latter ones. Do these seasons still have that? Of course, but its not the core of what the stories are about and they arent overemphasized.

he probably didnt think it would come out while taping and Im surrpised it did as well. He wasnt famous at that point so he thought he couldmost likely ride the show out and deal with the fallout after he's left the RW

Cancun was my favorite season since probably Seattle or original New Orleans...I would take any of the craziness from Cancun over the garbage that is the current Las Vegas group.

I think it was the other Heather (new girl) who makes out with Nany, not blonde Heather.

I don't mind the LV setting, but I personally wish they'd do something exciting/different/out the box. My dream is for them to put the seven strangers in a farmhouse in a rural setting. It'd probably be boring as hell in some parts, but I think it would be very interesting.

He knew it was going to come out. He said part of the reason why he went on RW because then everybody would know and then he'd no longer have to worry about whether or not he should tell everyone he meets (or if they already knew). I can understand that, but I don't think he would have ever said anything at all had the others not found on their own.

He knew it would come out but I dont think he expected it to come out until AFTER he had finished the show. He lookde like he didnt expect to deal with this in the house but once his name and face got out there as MTV started promoting this season, then he'd have himself linked to his porn past

IMPOSSIBLE that he didnt tink it would come outduring taping, the Cast does not live in a bubble, they talk to family and friends who have access to the Internet <_<

Anyone see the finale and reunion show? What is it with Dustin and Mike?.....lol

I did, and I still can't stand Dustin AT ALL. I think Mike is right, Dustin is a hypocrite and pathological liar. I also think Heather is dumb as fuckk for staying with Dustin. Gross.

  • Member

I'm definitely Team Mike..Dustin is an idiot, Mike knows it and Dustin hates it...Even the reunion bored me, this cast was just entirely unlikeable for the most part. It's clear most of them don't even like each other.

Have you seen Dustin's videos? There is no way this guy is straight....lol

The cast said there were pictures of Dustin having sex on the internet. He denied it saying they were photoshopped but I don't know whether or not to believe him. This was a terrible cast. I turned it off halfway. I swear, if Nany opened her mouth one more time, I was gonna toss the remote control at the TV!

HATED Adam after the reunion special. He came across as even worse douche than he did on the show. Didnt realize he was kicked off within 3 weeks. Boy that was fast. Nany was dumb for cheating on and ending her longterm relationship over some guy she knew less than 3 weeks.

Heather shouting out Cooke's business on Twitter, what a bitch. She didnt seem too remorseful and Cooke looked genuinely hurt. BTW, didnt know her name was also Heather

Favorite person by far was Leroy this season. He seemed to be the most level headed and cool one of the group
