My guess about the child is that it could be Laura Cudahy. The daughter of Lorainne Broderick, I believe, played the role. But this photo had to be from 1982, since Gil Rogers as Ray Gardner is there - and Brooke wasn't pregnant with Laura until I think 1984. It may be, like Leo mentioned, Palmer-John... since the Chateau fire that "wrote him off" was in 1983.
