I've been here 7 years now. I started as a guest back in 2003 when I got hooked on Toups Ratings threads. It's because of Toups that I joined.

June 2003. The build-up to Bianca's rape brought me here.

I do not remember how I found out about this site, but I started lurking here sometime in 2005, I think right before ALTSON happened.

I learned about SON through WoST during all of that drama of long ago. When WoST's forum closed I was pretty much done with the soap thing, or so I thought. When my mom passed I started checking out SON because "the stories" reminded me of her and I soon signed up.

I don't know. I mean, I'm registered 2006 (after Josh was made the unabortion). But I remember posting at SON before that. Did we purge members or a new server...something. I feel like 2003 or 2004 is more accurate.

Yeah at one point we had to reregister.

Signed up in Feb 2006, but I think that I was just browsing for a few month before that.

This May will be my 5th anniversary as a registered poster, but I was lurking on and off from about 2003 to 2006.

I don't post as much as I used to, and my posting is usually relegated to the Foreign Soaps section or Music/Movies section these days.

No, for years I resisted posting on soap forums because soap fans used to scare me, and to this day, many of the soap forums are scary places to visit.

But SON had a different element, there were still some crazies, but not as much as other places.
