OLTL Thru The Years

Monty, I say it was gawd awful because it was such a waste of a character and an actress! Janet Zarish's Lee was positioned to be a major character with fingers in a number of storyline pies. Zarish was dramatic dynamite with anyone she played against. I am particularly fond of her scenes with Lois Kibbee after Lee married Charles Sanders and he up and died!

I wholeheartedly agree that it was a waste of character. I actually met Janet on West 96 Street in a video store (RKO Video to be exact) about 3 weeks prior to her being killed off. She was very nice and made no mention of what was happening. I was a jarring event, but as I said made a good story.

Lois Kibbee, love her, miss her. I was so happy she was hired after The Edge of Night went off the air. Jamey and Elizabeth one of OLTL's best crime duo's.
