Credit goes to DontStare for posting these at Soapcentral:

Tad & Cara Engaged!

DS calls this a Martin brother story. Amanda's phone call gets Cara in hot water with the feds. After Jake persuades the feds that his ex-wife isn't a terrorist, Tad shocks everybody and saves Cara from deportation by announcing she is his fiance. Cara, Jake and Griff agree to go along with the plan. Will this be another first comes marriage, then comes love daytime hook up? Hartley hopes so as she loves working with MEK and thinks they have nice, natural dynamic. Meanwhile, Jake and Amanda are having a difficult time in the wake of Amanda confessing her part in Cara's problems.

Is Kendall in Danger From Ricky? Pretty much. Ricky promises the shady Diane that he'll get close enough to Kendall to get the evidence Zach had. Kendall meanwhile gets a metal box from the plane containing a letter from Zach. The letter talks about his enemies from the casino & the danger he's in. The kids interrupt her mid-letter. Ricky who has been closely watching takes the letter (that has intel on the evidence location) while she's occupied & replaces it with a forgery. In this forged letter the word "sweetheart" is used and Kendall's caught on the fact that Zach hated that word. By weeks, Diane orders Ricky to keep Kendall alive until they find the evidence.

David Gets a Make-over? Marissa wants to help David repair his reputation. They're kind of scheming together to do it but then she quickly realizes he can't be the good guy that he's trying to be. SG/SOW agree that if he could be, he wouldn't be David.

A Glance at Griffin. Tad's "killed:" one of Cara's identities to save her, now he's going to save the other Cara from deportation w/marriage. Tad & Cara have to stay married for three years & Griffin needs some convincing that this is right for his sister. Jordi thinks part of Cara being onboard with this plan is she wants to be close to Jake and this gives her 3 years.

Meanwhile, Griffin is falling for Kendall but doesn't want to do anything inappropriate since her husband just died and his whole patient code. He'd like to develop a friendship with her and get to know her. Eventually he could go back to work on the field if Kendall gets the money for the MF, but that would mean no Kendall & he's interested in her. He's taking his time there.

I think that Ricky spoilers is really unfortunate, I really did enjoy him as a character and wanted him to stick around and not be a bad guy.

I swear it's so easy to predict everything these writers write.

I'm actually not really a fan of Ricky, it's not like these writers developed his character any, so of course he's the bad guy and Griffin, the best cardiologist ever who has already saved Kendall's life once, will more than likely do it again. Griffin to the rescue. Such a simple way to write a story and throw two people together, I mean who cares that there is really no chemistry and the characters have zero in common.

Right: WRITTEN in advance. Alledgedly meaning that a storyline can be changed. TPTB would make a change if an actor left or passed away...WHY NOT if the shows fanbase has a majority opinion? Just last week an interview came out that, "TPTB DO listen to the fans." (That was about Jericka). Must we harp on for YEARS upon YEARS to be heard? Seriously?

Make Ricky & Kendall work and acknowledge the adjustment, TPTB. You may earn viewers respect that way.

These writers really are very predictable, it's something that viewers have guesses almost all of the stuff they've written. Even some of the weakest of writers aren't almost always predictable. But these writers are that way.

I wish that the writers would change things and save Ricky, but unfortunately I don't think they are going to do that. I think he's a goner, especially since they seem to really want Kendall/Griffin. I do think that they used the chemistry between Ricky/Kendall to make him the bad guy and make her get closer to him, before they revealed that he was Zach's killer.

If this were GH or Y&R I could see him possibly being saved in some way. GH and Y&R likes to save villians/bad guys and sometimes killers. But with these current set of writers on AMC, I don't think he will be saved.

Depending on how far they film this stuff, they could change the Ricky stuff pretty easily. Ricky could be an FBI guy or even working for Zach. Ricky could also change his mind because *he* is falling for Kendall. She has much more chemistry with Ricky than Griffin. I like Kendall and Griff as friends, though.

I'm probably the only one, but I'm getting major stop/start/stop/start vibe with AMC. I have never seen a story of Erica's move as slow as Krystal/Jack/Erica/Caleb are moving. David and Liza are going nowhere fast. I don't know, I just feel like K&S might be hedging their bets and are going to throw it up all and see who lands where when it comes down. Including Rev. Ricky/Kendall/Griffin. The only safe ones are probably Rylee and Angie/Jesse.

Wow great that Lee is back. A little OT, but the Ruth character must be in the top 5 when it comes to longest running characters currently in daytime. Longest running characters at this point would be as follows. Do I have this right?

1. Julie, Days-1965

2. Viki, OLTL-1968

3. Doug, Days-1970

3. Erica, AMC-1970

3. Ruth, AMC-1970

6. Jill, Y&R-1973

6. Kay, Y&R-1973

6. Maggie, Days-1973

6. Tad, AMC-1973

6. Dorian, OLTL-1973
