I think a great deal of the problem with Sarah Glendening here is actually the writing. I'm on the fence about her because I think she gives a lot of shitty lines strength because of a slightly bitchy tinge to it. I think she would've worked much better playing Laura Kirk and eating Bianca out.

^^^LOL - worst interview EVER! Wow. She didn't even know where to put the microphone half-way through the interview!

Those girls --- I love them on this show --- but I bet they are BAD in real life.

R - Why aren't you interested?? I would have thought you'd be enjoying the show like we all are moreso than having to endure Rylee/Kendall/Jesse/Erica/Caleb (and their crap storylines and attitudes) right now!

Well that interview was weird. And I would not call Amanda one of the "bad girls" of AMC...LOL at least not anymore.

Yes how great were they in this episode....I thought their scenes were very well done. I wish Liza would have opened up to David about what she did with Damon (I was surprised when David said he actually didn't here everything she said while he was in his coma after all ohmy.gif ). What I love most about these two is that they don't judge each other, they accept each other for who they are. Loved when Liza said "I'm really glad to know that you are still the manipulator you have always been.". I am so down for Livid, these two could be amazing together.

Mascott! I love them as well! They seriously are cute and there is so much chemistry and heat there between them...I keep thinking about how Greenlee made Scott pursue Madison in the first place but I don't even think that's on his mind anymore, I think he's starting to fall for Madison and she's doing the same with him, ...I hope she isn't really upset when she finds out why he started talking to her. Love how Madison didn't even care that Scott is broke now, she related it to when she was having financial problems to. I thought that was a nice touch. Scott spent the last of his moneys on hot dogs for them to eat, LOL.

He has terrible acting skills & Asher is so annoying.

Decent episode, I thought. I do really like Nu/Old/Scott and him being slightly snarky--but Cosgrove has a few funny tics already. The way he goofs up his voice I can handle--but why does he always do the Grocho Marx tie straightening/grab thing--or if not that he fidgits with his suit jacket...

And HAHA I was certain we'd start getting a Mirror Annie like Janet as well--though in a weird way I kinda liked that scene with Marissa popping up everywhere (it woulda been TRULY nightmarish with OldMarissa though--like not being able to get away from Grandma Boring SCAAAARY)

Jebus ZF, we get it, you hate JR, we get it. Move on girl.

I'm still looking for a scene where Cosgrove owns Young, still haven't seen it.

NuMarissa, I just don't seem to care about her aside from showing me she isn't capable of being in her own S/L.

Liza/David, don't wish for it, VI is leaving, David is "bad" Liza will get hurt.

Rylee V-Day wedding.:wub::jeal0002:

Annie and JR, it's so much backtracking and 360'ing what thier story was. Scott fans should be happy b/c this would have happened w/ him if they were the main story.

MCE plays crazy like no other. JY plays that naive I got everything under control snarky, insulting, son of a bitch like no other. I stick w/ my prediction w/ MCE leaving, soon after that so will JY.

Trent comes off believable in acting as a sweet heart, I just don't think he can play evil, or snarky, he's more a natural good guy. That's what I see. He sucks evil, can work as good guy.

 So when Chrishell tweeted abotut being so hungover it was because they were partying with porn stars? And I know porn stars pick weird "stage" names but, really... Kaki?? You wanna be known as KAKI??

We know from all you've said that you think JY is a better actor than Cosgrove and will never "top" him (get your minds out of the gutter). But... What ya mean? So far I think they've played their scenes--both--exactly as they should. Do you want Cosgrove to start getting super agressive? (and at least the 9 year age diff between the two, rings more true for the characters)

He is. Just b/c 90210 casted him doesn't make him you know. I like Cosgrove, he can act, but he's not better than JY. Or has the hardware and notice like him. I don't like Cosgrove playing agressive, he's not believeable, look at him trying to snark w/ Greenlee, RB is owning him. I think he's in the role that he can play, adorable, nice, funny, a bit on the he thinks he's a loser side. That's a great role for DC's Scott, that's who Scott is.

Yes to Cosgrove > Mayfield. Someone brought up how he owned JY in some scenes. And I'm still trying to remember which scene it was. Only person I saw do that on this show was VI and that's IMO from what I've seen. JY is just playing a role in which now he has to listen to hypocrites like the Careys and Martins and believe he has to be good and this notion of wierd naive meets just plain plain stupid and thoughtless. Times like now it's not easy to be a JR fan b/c he's still written as a screw up and not a head Chandler. Not master of his domain. And I don't think he ever will, which is why I'm thinking what is the point of this direction? they couldn't propel Marissa w/ something else, it had to be in the expense of a S/L fans liked. It's not helping her, she's not drawing fans or anything, but I do enjoy watching MCE own her in ea. and every scene.

BTW Chrishell is always partying, even when she was NY. Her and MCE are like sisters they party alot, like Aiden and Jacob use to.

    • I've never found him as bad as some. I think he's always shined in scenes with Vernon, who should be his father. I also think he has great chemistry with Kat and Dani which I hope they tap into more over time. Dani/Martin feel like such a fun and believable Auntie/Nephew relationship.
    • I'm fighting for my life on another board for my husband Brandon and I'll do it here too lmao
    • I don't expect Lois to be the same person she was 25 years ago, but she's definitely lost a lot of what made Lois unique.  It's clear the show doesn't know how to write for her, and the sole purpose of Lois is to hide this Gio secret.  It's a shame she doesn't interact with more of the canvas.  It's a waste of Rena's talents. I like Brook Kerr most of the time.  She can be hit or miss.  I totally get what you are saying about her line readings too.  I honestly think the character really suffers being stuck in the Curtis pairing.  She's much better than Tanisha Harper's Jordan lol.
    • Friday and yesterday's episode is what daytime television should be. The other shows airing could take a page from yesterday's show.  I loved the rage, hurt and anger Nicole unleashed on Ted.  Daphnee should be up for an Emmy nom for these scenes.  It broke my heart to see how Dana had locked Eva out.  I do feel sorry for Eva.    I am still bumfuzzled as to why Leslie/Dana went to the DuPree's and asked them to accept Kat UNLESS Eva is really Kat's twin (and really Nicole and Ted's daughter that maybe they though they lost or an embryo Dana/Leslie stole??) I loved how Anita and Vernon both shot her down.    Ohhh and let me just say Friday and yesterday was the MOST fire I have seen Martin have since the show started.  Maybe Brandon Clayborn is coming into his own with the role finally.
    • You've been seeing him all along. You just didn't know it was him, I guess.

    • Where to for Dana? She's pissed off the Duprees (most of the cast), alienated her daughter and will she be welcomed by the Have Nots at the diner? Maybe she can befriend Ashley and Derek and liven up their story.
    • Melissa Ordway announced she was moved to recurring back in November but is still credited with the contract cast members.
    • I think of Evan as a smarmy bast*rd. Maybe you'll like that description. You certainly have him pegged correctly since he is just a soldier following "Admiral" Iris's marching orders.
    • So far the only interest I've seen from Evan to Amanda has been listening to Iris's orders to go and seduce her.  So far he hasn't been successful... but who knows. Amanda is unbearable at times. Entitled, spoiled... idiotic. Iris... so blatantly manipulating her and Amanda takes the bait. But I guess... when she gets in trouble... she'll have a chance to learn. That's what makes these shows so interesting.    Oh, no, don't worry. You haven't ruined a thing. Evan has not been on my radar that much... he was not one of the characters I was caring particularly... so nothing much has been changed for me. I don't think he has the stuff to ruin Rachel's life. He's just a pretty guy that can follow orders. Iris on the other hand... is dangerous.

P.S Maybe Evan will surprise me. Who knows.
