Members DRW50 Posted December 16, 2010 Author Members Share Posted December 16, 2010 Was Bergman involved in that not too good story about Lien's mystery illness, followed by her not even dying with Jack there (I think John was the only one there). If so, I think he made a big mistake. That story at least gave Jack his own family and potential legacy -- Jack has just been a supporting character and a patsy (for Victor, Phyllis, Billy, etc.) since then. Members soapfan770 Posted December 17, 2010 Members Share Posted December 17, 2010 Regarding Michael Tylo I know he has quite the soap resume and was huge as Quint on GL but by any chance did he get the role of Blade like Shari Shattuck later got the role of Ashley? You know, the typical Bell nepotism politics? Luan's death always seemed to me to be the easy way out. Yeah that was bad. Still Eilbacher was fantastic in the story. I mentioned Nelson (who also had previously played Faren's daughter in the 80s) because I vividly remember watching Heather's nightmare of April being sentenced to death, those were terrifying scenes at my age then.
