and what the hell is she wearing?

Something Summer decided to wrap Mummy in?

It's just strange. I guess I'll keep my mouth shut about the potato sacks they keep putting Maura in. Somehow, they fit her better than that.

And what sane CPS takes a "hey, I'm here in a Christmas tree lot, watching pervs take inappropriate pictures with a kid" complaint seriously?

It would have made more sense if Jana had told them about what Kevin did to Lily.

Asexual sociopaths too. We need the distinction, as pretty much the entire cast now seems sociopathic.

LOL +1.

I just got through yesterday's US episode and I have to say, I rather enjoyed it, if not for the reasons TIIC probably intended. Phyllis's narration was hilarious and beyond hypocritical. Didn't she just bail Daisy out of jail and bring her into her HOME, thereby endangering her children, like, YESTERDAY?!?   Who are these fools kidding? I also LOVED how she sanctimoniously reiterated over & over again how she was the ONLY person in town who saw through Sharon from the day she met her (she didn't- that supposed honor belongs to Nikki). And in an episode with this narration from Phyllis, how on EARTH did the writers think it would be a good idea for her to drop by Michael & Lauren's?

"Don't worry, I don't want to discuss Daisy. Instead, I want to talk about how Sharon is doing basically the EXACT same thing with Adam, only he's, ya know, actually innocent of the crime he's being charged with."

Again, who are they friggin kidding? As much as I loathe what's been done to Sharon, I actually kind of like this approach that they're taking- that she's somehow evil, or in a dark place, or mentally unhinged. Whatever it is, she was far more entertaining on this episode than any of the other town hypocrites, save Ashley & Nikki. What's sad is, as crazy as it sounds, I'm actually sort of on Sharon & Adam's side.

But of course, not for the reasons the writers intended. No, no. It's because I pretty much hate ALL of the characters that have rallied against them and that it's hurting, save Ashley.

I also like that they remembered the Nikki/Sharon rivalry- their exchange was absolutely delicious. I'd forgotten how much chemistry MTS & Case have when their characters were at odds. But didn't Nikki just f*ck Deacon Sharpe, like, YESTERDAY?

Anyhow, at the very least, the episode was entertaining, even if it was for all the wrong reasons. I'm sure we'll be back to the snooze-inducing crapfest tomorrow, er, today.

I think she might have a mental breakdown. That's the only thing that makes sense to me.

I sure hope so. Case plays MentalSharon so well. I hope that this whole thing with Adam turns her into the batsh!t crazy loon she should have been made into when she was robbing Fenmore's, stealing books & framing Eden, and f*cking Billy, Jack, Nick, Brad, and half the town.

The sad thing is Nicholas is supposed to be "the hero" but Morrow's laziness totally ruins everything.

Exactly. But I do like his friendship with Ashley and his chemistry with Diane. Whoever said Nick needs to keep it in his pants for a while- I mean, really, why bother at this point? I say, play to Morrow's strength, which is partial nudity and hot sex romps.

and Kevin and Chloe are an official couple now? Pukes

You've GOT to be kidding me.... Awful, just AWFUL idea. Why do CBS soaps insist on making asexual male/female friendships into a romance that they're not (Hi Henry & Katie)?

Tristan Rogers is so dignified.

Hey it's "Robert Freaking Scorpio" And he looks like a bad-ass.

Woo-hoo, welcome Tristan Rodgers!!! Hero or villain, any character he plays is appealing, maybe it's the accent.

The moo cow storyline just became extremely interesting to me. First Blake (who looks similar to Brad), now Colin, and they're even adding Jill! I'm in heaven, I love Y&R today.

OH...I don't know how long time Y&R fans sit through this shiizzzzz....if I had known before I saw yesterday's eppy that St.Phyllis had banged the guy who framed her son Daniel (for murder, I guess...) and paraded him around Nick---I think my head would have exploded.

Yes...she's SUCH a better mother than Sharon. Or Diane. *eyeroll*

"Don't worry, I don't want to discuss Daisy. Instead, I want to talk about how Sharon is doing basically the EXACT same thing with Adam, only he's, ya know, actually innocent of the crime he's being charged with."

I really don't understand that at all. Lauren immediately assumed Sharon had simply lied to her---to what purpose? Picking out a random city to flee to?

Get used to it.

Giggly Heffa is second only to Victor in propping.

The strange thing about that scene was that Sharon admitted that she wasn't sure what happened. She acknowledged that she might be stealing again and Lauren is the one who said it was probably just an accident.

Lauren must prop Giggly at all times.

I know, it's pretty pathetic. I like MS's acting more than most people on this board, but the way the writing has come to favor her doesn't do the character any favors.

As far as Diane, Phyllis and Sharon go, none of these women are going to be winning a mother of the year contest. laugh.gif At least Diane has never abandoned a child (that we know of). Sharon literally abandoned Cassie and Noah years ago. I'm not sure if what she's doing right now is as bad, but considering that Faith was supposed to be spending most of her time with only Nick and Sharon so that she could bond with them, I'd say it is.

What Phyllis is doing with Summer right now is pretty bad, too. Not so much leaving her with her father for a couple of months, I don't really have a problem with that. However bringing Daisy into their lives, that is downright nuts. It's painting a target on Summer's back. Phyllis didn't even have a hand in raising Daniel, so that says it all on that front.

I hope Kevin doesn't end up raising Daisy's baby. I don't think it will happen, but even watching him babysit Delia was weird. Who would leave their child with someone with his history? I like Kevin, but no thanks to seeing him raising a little girl.

Good Lord...if Sharon ever went to jail, Phyllis would probably end up screwing the male population of GC to death. Her constant indulgence in victory sex is kind of yucky.

Katherine propping Gloria, Kevin & Giggly Heffa?

Maria is officially Latham.

LOL Sharon pushes Phyllis into the chocolate and then says, "look what you made me do". Isn't that exactly what men say who punch their wives?
