From what I read in spoilers, Bo suggests that Safe get married so that Rafe can't testify against Sami as Rafe knows that Sami shot EJ.

For reals! There must've been a heat wave (Indian Summer perhaps?) in Salem last week when Brady was jogging in the park in a tank top and shorts.
