Marlo lost this round. I thought she handled herself well when she was being the bigger person and paying Kenya dust but then she got her security to escort Kenya out, thus bringing attention back to Kenya and making her the most memorable moment of Marlo's event. I couldnt believe she started chanting Kenya's name and got some of her guests to do the same

Kenya and Porsha as besties cracks me up. Reminds me of former sworn enemies Brandi and Kim becoming sister-friends on BH.

Yovanna is DESPERATE! I laughed my ass off when Nene nearly ran her irrelevant ass over. 

 

Kenya is so petty and I love it!

HAHAHAHAHA!!! I continue to heart this Kenya/Porsha friendship.

 

And Tanya is perfect for Porsha. Without Shady Phae Phae and Shaema busy with her baby, Porsha doesn't have that carefree twerky fun partner in crime. Tanya FITS with her in a way she did not with Nene and brings such lightheartedness into Porsha's current situation, getting her to laugh. I lmfao at them twerking about Carnival.

Jackie has her moments, but while Jennifer's star is growing because of her sense of humor, Jackie is falling flat. Even Dolores (who already proved her worth against NY's Ramona of all people) gathered her.

Caught up on Dallas.  I thought this last episode in Thailand was really fun and entertaining, outside of LeeAnne being whiney.  I was Team LeeAnne against D'Andra/Kary during the dress incident, but not Team LeeAnne after the sex club stuff and how she's treating Kameron.  Kameron's white boarding in her confessionals about the ping pong and ladyboy shows was hysterical.  

 

I also don't think LeeAnne is a racist - seems like she's just saying that Kary always talks about being a strong Mexican, and that's what LeeAnne was intimating.  

I haven't caught the repeat yet (cuz you know how Bravo is) but nice to hear a third person say this.

That episode was so well paced.  Definitely worth a rewatch.

I caught up on 2 weeks of ATL last night. This franchise is back.

 

Turns out it needed fake ass Kenya to have real ass life problems to roar back to relevancy. If I were Nene I'd be very, very concerned. She has hardly been in the show and I haven't missed her at all. She's brought nothing to the episodes she's been in so far. 

 

I enjoy watching Cynthia because she isn't a psychopath. She's a nice lady who laughs easily and is stunningly beautiful. I like seeing someone like her getting her life together. 

 

I've really enjoyed Marlo. Like, I've never enjoyed her like this. Showing her family is compelling and makes me look at her with a more rounded view. 

 

Kandi's surrogate storyline is interesting because she is actually doing it...unlike Melissa Gorga on NJ who hasn't had a real storyline in years. 

 

Porscha is the star of this season though. My heart goes out to her because she's in real pain and she's doing her best to make a life for herself and baby PJ. 

 

ATL feels way more real than it has in years and the false notes (Eva, Nene) stick out because they don't have anything real, be it good or bad, going on.

@Taoboi you're a better man than me - that employment situation sounds infuriating and horrible. 

 

I felt for Leanne and I see why she exploded. I also don't think she's a racist. I just don't. I think Kary got under her skin and aggressively antagonized her. It will be interesting to see how this week's episode goes.

I like Kelly sometimes and I don't like that Shannon was so stupid to get snowed by Tamra. Again. Tamra is the worst element of this show and it will never move forward so long as she's around.

 

 

 

It was. I cannot even believe that this week will be a month already. So busy with my work schedules and finishing a new novel that I forgot that there are loose ends, evident by a co-worker messaging me to pick up his schedule. So many people were not around when I left that I still have to personally talk to. But happy with my choice.

That was such a good interview! To this day Cordelia Chase still remains my number one! I swear she’s a vampire. Her and David Boreanaz still look SO GOOD! 🥰

Im surprised by how much Im loving them bc I hated Porsha in the past and have said Kenya shouldnt trust her but I believe they truly did bond over being new mothers and their friendship is refreshing. They have alot in common now epecially with their man troubles. Im here for them

#preach. I am currently binge watching ANGEL again and I live for Cordelia Chase anew.

I haven't watched in forever, but Nene can book other gigs.  It's time for her to move on from this show.  Nene has not grown a bit or she's regressed severely.  She will never be in a good place until she puts HWs in her rear view.
