Cheap,

I wasn't disappointed in the confrontation because Lisa is a classy chick. She does not do shouting matches. She gets you with silence. I wanted to see Adrienne squirm, and I got that. It was killing her to apologize, and Lisa knew it. That was great entertainment for me. I thought it was funny that Lisa said that she didn't mean to make Adrienne nervous...that much. lol

Love that woman!

Isn't that funny though, considering that it was actually Brandi who said to Yolanda "You've slept with everyone in Beverly Hills" ?

I think everyone will come to be close again with Adrienne when the problems with her husband surface.

I love how Brandi calls a spade a spade when she sees one. Her calling Adrienne out was no more rude than Adrienne repeatedly pointing out to everyone that Kim was crying in the way that she did.

I agree. Her craziness was the best part. The show is as dull as dishwater this season. We have a bunch of filler scenes and the scenes with Kim are the only ones with gravitas. Like Teresa, she's a big talking point. Her stupidity, Sweetie, the reaction she gets from the others, etc. is golden tv. Andy Cohen was on Wendy Williams and she said the new season was boring too. He said that the trip to Aguilla brings the ladies together "in an interesting way" and that the season kicks off from there. We'll have to wait and see if that's true. I do notice mostly everything featured in the supertrailer will be aired by the end of the year. Considering how long these seasons are, hopefully they have a jam packed second half of the season.

It was either someone in this thread or TWOP that suggested Atlanta will be like NYC where the show starts getting good in the middle of the season onwards. We still have a lot and Nene said on twitter awhile back that this was the most dramatic season yet. So we will see.

Unpopular opinion here but Im not finding ATL to be boring at all. The only sore spot is Kim and I cant wait till she is gone bc she is NOT fun at all. She used to be. Even when I didnt like her, I could admit that (probably bc she was interacting with the other women) but she is just a big glob of misery this season. She really drags the show down and is a draining negativity magnet. Bye bitch. Dont let the door hit your wig on the way out

I figured who Porsha reminds me of. She's like the black Alexis from OC, minus the religious aspect. She is coming across as a total airhead. Clueless and says the dumbest things, while being all about showing off how great a marriage and family (well that she's aspring for) she has. She is all about appearances and how perception and screams trophy wife, like Alexis.

BH is boring me and the previews look even worse. Unless there's a big event that brings the ladies together there's no drama. Leave it to BRAVO to hype Brandi telling Adrienne to STFU up and that's literally what they showed in the last minute of the show. Unbelievable.

Yes. Beverly Hills is more traditional like New York or the first 5 seasons of OC where you can expect drama, but mostly the wives truly do show their lives and are friends and you get to see these stories develop over the years. Miami, ATL and NJ is more about staging the next big fight although we do get some family moments on there.

    • You’d think he would’ve learned after the way Sprina took off.  I hope we get a proper Emma/Gio/Trina/Kai quad, as friends, romantic rivals, etc. In the few scenes that the four of them have had together, I felt like there was a natural chemistry between all of them, similar to the way that Cam/Spencer/Trina/Joss was, in the beginning.  And, it would be a lot better than all this stuff with Kai’s surgery.
    • Hooray we made the exact same critique to Londonscribe!!!!!
    • I don't think they had any idea who he was this time last year. I think they were keeping their options very open. Same with totally dropping the Trina romance that was spoiled for him in the mags once FV clearly took a shine to him. Frank's priorities are bright and blazing in one color. I do think Gio and Emma seem to have worked out given that she is very dry and sarcastic and he is like a hot golden retriever, but I'd still play the field or explore quads with both with very different people - Emma with a scheming young man (of color), Gio with possibly Trina or someone else, or even a boy. Then maybe put them back together, who knows. But of course none that will happen.

    • He definitely got lost in the shuffle last year. First, they were implying that he was Drew’s son, then he was nothing more than just Violet’s bff

And then they changed him to being Dante and Brook Lynn’s son, which was clunky at first but I’m enjoying the storyline now.
    • GM is adorable, charming and fun onscreen despite months of nothing to do until recently, and has a bodacious bod. I'm not cosigning the show or this story - I haven't watched a full episode in over a month - but I think we're all taking the small victories in 2025 at this point. I'm open to testing this theory!
    • I think Jason might've posted some numbers for the syndication a while ago and the numbers for Falcon Crest was horrible. Like 1.5 rating or something, which was terrible.    ETA: it was actually Paul Raven:   New to syndication 60 min Fall Guy 67 markets 3.1/8 Falcon Crest 110 markets 1.1/5 To get into the top 40, you needed a 4.6/9 rating for reference - and Falcon Crest managed to get into a lot of markets to begin with. In the fall of 1985 Dynasty, Dallas and Knots were syndicated (show / rating / share / coverage % / markets): Dallas 3.4 10 51.7 92 Dynasty 3.4 10 48.7 47  Knots Landing 3.3 10 12.5 20  So, Knots as an example trippled Falcon Crest's rating with 20 markets - I'm sure those were major ones but it just goes to show you how much Falcon Crest bombed in syndication.
    • It's not bad but the stories move too slow. It's the same problem when Dan O'Connor was CO-HW with Van Etten, they have a million stories and they all drag on endlessly with no resolution. I'd argue the majority of the stories airing now are good but you get sick of waiting months for something to happen.
