I got tired of the show when, like most sitcoms in recent years, they got too guest star heavy, but once Fran and Max got together I enjoyed the rest of the run.

For me it kind of got repeptitive. All the same jokes and stuff. And when they got together, it was the last straw and became too sappy.

Aside from Fran Drescher's massive ego, I think what hurt "The Nanny" was the writers' insistence on keeping Fran and Max apart for as long as they did. Folks, "Will they or won't they?" only works if you are Sam and Diane ("Cheers"), or David and Maddie ("Moonlighting"), and bantering equals sexual tension for you. Miss Fine and Mr. Sheffield were not that witty of a couple.

Dream storylines....Shane finds out Roman isnt Roman but the real Roman is in another country on ice being frozen since he fell off the cliff and is played by WAYNE NORTHROP!!!

or id take Shane learns that Lawrence Alamain is alive.

The Roman stuff? I would take that switch if it was well written.

Yay, I always liked him, and loved him and Kim together. I try and forget about that hot mess with Kayla- blah.

It probably has something to do with Lawrence Alamain being alive, and something with this whole Sydney kidnapping saga (maybe EJ or Anna flees the country?)
