I hope Marty's pregnancy is a false positive. There has been baby storylines on this show for 2 [!@#$%^&*] years!

She is one of Cole's classmates. Starr will think she is trying to get with Cole, that most likely won't mean anything though.

I bet they are planning a miscarriage scene to win Susan another Emmy, though.

Every time a woman gets pregnant on a soap, the 'miscarry' predictions from cynical viewers are almost immediate. 

Marty does need a baby with John. The idea of John and Natalie being able to make a clean break with each other is harrowing.  Far as I'm concerned, if Natalie's gonna get win out here, then she should be spited in some kind of way. And if that means Marty (instead of her) having John's baby, then so be it.   It'll always ride her that another woman has a connection to John that has nothing to do with her.   

Marty shouldn't be saddled with creepy John's kid. Maybe she froze Patrick's sperm and it's Patrick's...I can dream!
