AMC - Questions

AMC has just started here in Australia and after looking at the end credits these shows are from 2007. I do wish that they didn't start it so far back.

So my questions's.

There is a killer that is after Kendall, Babe and maybe Bianca. Babe is sure that Zarf/Zoe is not the killer but he/she is in jail, and even after only watching one show I have to agree with her. But the guy that was in the police station with all these photo's in his wallet seems to be a little sus.

Maggie has just shown up and I do assume that she was long before Reese. Now is Maggie before Bianca had the baby.

Some one has just closed Fusion down after everyone quit. But there was a flower left I assume that it is from the killer.

Zach is having nightmare's does he think that he maybe the killer?

Yes Zach is remembering things related to the killer. The flowers were the killer's calling card (that and a ribbon--hence Satin Slayer). Miranda should already be 2 or 3 I think year sold (Bianca's baby).

Ugh what a rotten time to start the show--the end of McTavish's reign where any good stuff she did has been long exhausted and she even seemed to be bored...

Wow that's where it's starting in Australia???! Yikes!

Yeah, Maggie was wayy before Reese. Her and Bianca, IMO, were really great together. However I didn't like her (Maggie) in this period of time, 2007 when she was on the show. Especially with Zarf\Zoe in the mix. Just way to messy.

Ericmontreal pretty much said everything else :P

Umm she came on when Agnes Nixon returned to "fix" the show in '99--as a cowriter (first Elizabeth Page was the cowriter--I think Agnes felt she was too oldto take it all on). The show was pretty good, I'm sure cuz of Agnes, but started to get more schizophrenic--then Agnes left. Passanante did Libidizone drugging, Laura turning psycho, Gilian being killed and Laura getting her heart, "dogboy", crazy teens with no connection to the show who all go to the boathouse and do E and giggle a lot, Ghost Gillian possessing Opal and Ghost Jesse tryign to get her to come tot he right side--then Passanante ran away and there was no HW for a while and Ghost Jesse actually somehow saved Tad's life, oh ti just got weird and messy. I believe Culliton came in by Fall 2001

The Killer is Alexander Cambias who is Zach's Father and I think He was Getting Revenge on Zach through Zach's Wife Kendall through Kendall's Co Workers at Fusion. Maggie and Bianca became Friends before Bianca got Pregnant. Maggie Took Good Care of Bianca such as Tucking Her in Bed after Some Men were Harrassing Her at A Bar. I think They were at A Bar. It's been A Long Time since that Happened. Jody

    • Honestly, they should've ordered more of 2000 Malibu Road for the 1992-93 midseason and aired it when Knots went on a break. That was probably their best shot.    Then of course they fumbled Central Park West by airing it in the 9PM slot instead of a 10PM slot where it would've been away from the Fox dramas. CPW got its best rating by airing randomly on a Sunday and when it was taken off the air for a "re-tooling", Party of Five's ratings actually had a spike, so clearly they were feeding off each other. But being a smaller network focused on a certain demographic, Fox could afford to be patient Party of Five, CBS couldn't...
    • Agree on Bruce Gray as Owen; they needed to cast star power. He was too lightweight against Kim and he had no chemistry with Frances Fischer except more gay buddy or daddy figure.  I loved Nola and Eliot together though. Lee Godart should have been longer term.
    • Andre has the worst fashion of the males which is off putting for someone as fine as he is. His jackets and sweaters look dated and no vintage does not work for him
    • I don’t recall MSW having a toy line in the late 80’s or early 90’s like all those Saturday morning cartoons did LOL but thought this was cute when I saw it in a vintage toy store yesterday:

    • Copying and pasting pasting this here as to not to derail the KL thread lol Wow I forgot CBS actually did try multiple attempts to come up with a soapy replacement for Knots on Thursday nights in the 10/9 slots for the 93-94 season.   Angel Falls had promise but CBS didn’t give it a fair chance. Latham’s Second Chances got even worse ratings than Angel Falls and wasn’t given a second chance when the Northridge quake destroyed the show’s sets. One West Waikiki looked gorgeous but was a blink you missed it affair. Finally we got Hotel Malibu, a quasi follow-up to Second Chances that stayed as the summer replacement series it was. CBS switched gears and had Chicago Hope air in the slot…against ER. It made the Top 30 but obviously underperformed below expectations. CBS gave up, and gave us 48 Hours for years there. It wasn’t until the 2002-03 season when CBS finally produced a Top 20 show for that spot with Without A Trace against an aging ER.
    • Of course I join in on wishing that Peacock & Corday & Sony would all together come to the conclusion that NOW would be a fine time to put some of these gems in the archive on full display!!! But, at the same time I'd like to give kudos to the fact that behind the scenes they've been doing the great work of preservation by taking tapes, etc. & converting them to modern digital formats. Besides the important fact of preserving them it means they are ready to go!

    • Bill and Hayley’s living room set should be redressed as their bedroom. We’ve not seen their gorgeous circular entry way set since the first week? Why not utilise that more and build them a living room off those double doors? The hotel room also doesn’t have a bed? Does only Dani have a bedroom?
