The actor, who plays the wayward husband of Christina Hendricks’ Joan on Mad Men, is joining Desperate Housewives for a multi-episode arc as Jeremy, a well-trained cook who idolizes Bree (Marcia Cross) and her old-fashioned values. Page’s first episode is slated to air in late February. He was easy on the eyes, and his acting was good if a little green (he's improved since then but I think he was definitely more than capable at the time)--and the character had possibilities.
