Members Antoyne
I've given up hope of any Stark children reuniting at this point.
Members YRBB
Yeah, I should have known better than getting my hopes up it would happen but they got me. They were, once again, so close.
Members EricMontreal22
I know, right? It's like Ron Carlivati is writing those scenes... Considering how massive Westeros seems to be, these people often seem to just happen to miss each other. Jojen doesn't have a brother (that we know of)

Members DRW50
Stannis? I don't know. Speaking of Stannis, here's an interview with Liam Cunningham (Davos) for this Sunday's episode. A Dragonstone only interview is a rare thing indeed. http://www.accesshollywood.com/game-of-thrones-liam-cunningham-on-davos-next-move_article_93972
Members Juliajms
Stannis would have the right through blood, but I'm guessing Tywin would take the crown by right of conquest. Given what a sadistic little bastard Joff was, that length of time seemed entirely reasonable. Edited May 10, 2014 by Juliajms

Members DRW50
They don't recognize women as queen, do they? (just queen as in wife or mother) Edited May 11, 2014 by DRW50
Members ThePrinceOfSunspear
Depends on the family. In Dorne they do recognize women as titular heads of the family. There can either be a Prince of Dorne of a Princess of Dorne. Dany being the last Targaryen will be a Queen in her own right even though she's a female. But yes traditionally the throne passes to the male heir...
Members DRW50
I remember reading that if Stannis had won the throne, he would have insisted that Shireen inherit it when he died. I'm not sure if that was on the show though. Speaking of the show... Have they ever said that Selyse hates Davos? I feel like I missed that. I tend to miss things on here though. Does Davos just have one son (RIP emo hottie fundamentalist Matthos) on the show?

Members ThePrinceOfSunspear
And you're right about Stannis DRW50....I think technically the family has to run thru all the male heirs and then it passes to the female heir (if there are any). That article is so cool. Much as I loathe what the show has done from a storyline aspect I do give them credit for getting so many other things really well and paying such attention to details like costume and language. This show is determined to make Dany so unlikeable. This is nothing like how she acts in the books. And they are taking the easy road with Drogon which I knew they would. The Yara rescue scene was probably the most pointless scene ever.... The Small Council meeting is infuriating.....they don't know ANY of this information about Dany, Mormont, or even Selmy. Only until the epilogue of the FIFTH book. Jesus Christ. Why are they are even talking about this? It makes no sense... Members DRW50
Ew Ramsay. I can't stomach this torture porn or the show's attempts to try to get us all hot and wild over him. Poor Asha/Yara, her big moment being overtaken by more T&A. Loved that bit with Davos standing up for Stannis and pulling off that glove. Great scene. I love their relationship. Davos is the best. A+ to Cersei's hair and dress here. Love Lena's work throughout these scenes. Tough and hard with everyone and barely holding herself together when she has to testify. The Varys/Oberyn scene was a nice surprise. Always happy to see something beyond "Oberyn wants it all...wink wink" scenes.
Members ThePrinceOfSunspear
The ending was pretty powerful but felt rushed. They should have escorted Shae out before that amazing scene by Peter Dinklage. I don't understand why they feel the need to portray him as this wounded animal and had him plead "Shae....please don't". It would have been just as effective to have him sit their silent and in pain. The Shae scene was perfect overall. The total humiliation of Tyrion was exactly how it came across in the books aside from the part I mentioned above.
