I am looking forward to KZ&VR's books and will be super let down if they are not super juicy. :P

I can't wait for the next few weeks of DAYS. I really hope Suzanne Rogers hasn't lost her touch, she could really do something special with the scenes she's got coming up.

“I had ideas and wanted more authority, more freedom, than P&G allowed at that point in time. They had a lot of strictures. I don’t mean sexual things, but particularly the [inclusion of black characters and addressing race relations].”

—Nixon in the same interview discussing why she left P&G to create her own soaps, One Life and AMC

Translation: Forty years later, nothing has changed at P&G/TeleNext! Gays are the new blacks …

No, blacks are the same old blacks. Does ATWT have any black people? I know they pay lip service to Bonnie but really.

And it's not like black characters are taking up big roles on any soap.

I hate that type of divisive stuff like what he said. It's just tacky.

LOL Nelson continues to wear his bitter panties. Someone get him a diaper and a bottle ;)

The ONLY thing I agreed with him on was his praise for Billy Miller

  • Member

DC and Branco have both been going into overdrive with the Miller hype lately. DC claimed he was one of the best leading men on Y&R ever.

The more they go on the more I wonder if some fans are starting to really get sick of the awful Billy storylines and this is some sort of pushback. That might also explain why Billy is getting yet another new love interest.

And why Victoria? Why'd they waste their "Next Big Thing" on that boring mop of hair?

They probably think we're going to get all hot and bothered over Victor vs. Billy. And I'm sure Sheffer probably hates men like JT, attractive, generally intelligent, nice guys, so they can use this to take a hammer to JT if they want. Perhaps Colleen's insane doppleganger will rape him for May sweeps.

It's what he does--but it obviously makes people like Agnes never wanna personally do an interview with him--he takes one she did for someone else and interprets the comment however he wants--even though the "translation" is neither here nor there with what she was specifically talking about.
