As per Nelson's "wacking off" blind item, I am wondering if it was one of the guys from OLTL. AMC has no younger actors with the exception of Daniel Kennedy and he's recurring. ATWT has the kid who plays Parker and he's recurring too. I wouldn't completely rule those two out, but I doubt it's either of them. From what I've always heard, OLTL has the smallest set and many share dressing rooms. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Eddie Alderson or Brandon Buddy

For some reason, when Nelson says younger actor, I'm thinking he means someone who plays a teen, I think he'd be more specific if the actor was like CM or AT or JY, etc.

Gotta love how Jimmy Reilly's pet project, Theresa/Lindsay Hartley, is basically trashing him for any sort of free press. And of course, Reilly's biggest defenders are keeping their fat mouths shut. The same defenders that came out when he died and were like, "Thaao was a bitch for saying mean [!@#$%^&*] about Reilly." Double Standard Much? And I don't even like Thaao. He's a dumb, old queen.

Who says he got caught in his dressing room? Is it really such a big deal to walk in on your roommate "indisposed?" Perhaps the person in question was taking care of business in a more public place, like say on a set when he thought no one was there or the coffee room. I'm just saying, it's hardly unheard of.

The blind item says he was "caught in his dressing room." I know what you mean though, It's definitely not unheard of. I think Nelson is just trying to sensationalize the whole thing. I think in a way it's kind of funny. I mean there isn't anything to be embarrassed about (to an extent) in a way.

That's news to me. I just read the interview with Lindsay and Eric. I take it that she's angry/hurt that she really never got any big reviews from anyone in the press for her portrayal of Theresa, since she worked her ass of on Passions. I don't blame her if that's the case. When Passions first started, Lindsay wasn't a good actress. I watched her become an excellent actress on Passions throughout the years. I've always praised her amazing talent on Passions because I saw how good she was (and still is!). She was the reason many people like me continued to watch Passions, even though we knew it wasn't getting good. The girl is just hurt, that's all. If she was bitter, she wouldn't have acknowledged that without Passions, she would be nowhere.

    • They're contract; anyone in the opening is a contract player.
    • I was watching an episode last night and noticed that Pictionary is taped in Atlanta. It's just a walk for Chandler to the studios.

    • my vote goes to Eden (Belle)! She single handed carried that show on her back !! Best family will probably be The Dingles! I have to say 2024-2025 was a mixed bag on all of them soaps ! But if I had to say which one would be the best I would give it to Emmerdale for Belle/Tom’s storyarc. It went on for too long but at least was written properly compared to others. But I do think Corrie will win best soap for Mason’s storyline  Best storyline… I wish it would be Belle and tom but the abuse story from Hollyoaks will take that 100%
    • I have to push back on this. I just don't believe it. I don't believe MVJ or anyone at BTG operates that way -- seeing a performance in reveal scenes and saying "That actor has to go." If that's the case, why aren't they doing that with other actors? We all know Maurice Johnson is FAR from the weakest actor on this soap. My feeling is that Keith Robinson became available and that someone from BTG wanted him badly from the beginning. I think this recasting was all about Robinson and not about Johnson at all. Yep, and anyone who can't see that isn't paying attention. Calling Brandon Claybon the worst actor on the show is laughable. Tomas, Ashley, and Derek might be recurring, but they're also key characters, so leaving them out of this actor discussion doesn't work. They get plenty of screen time and are on contract. The only way your narrative works about BC being the worst on the show is to ignore the rest of the cast.

    • Brook Lynn has been working my last nerve for at least 2 weeks. I was so relieved when she blurted out her teen queen story to her grandmother who is the most wonderful person in the entire world!
    • Just caught up and these episodes were absolutely amazing! Ambyr Michelle was soooooooooo good, and I felt so bad for Eva, I actually teared up. I love that Andre was nice to her, that was my favorite Andre moment of the series thus far.

I don't need to warn you that if you like this & want to keep it download it. Now, isn't she positively amazing?!!! Well, IMO she is. This is only the first episode that I've got her in. I think there will be more.
    • All true, and all an enormous problem on this show. -- The business stories are maddening because none of it makes any sense, none of it has any connection to the real world. As you said, sitting around and discussing mergers, takeovers, and job switching is not a storyline. -- The deck chairs are constantly rearranged on the Titanic -- that's what this show is. Summer, Chelsea, Sally, and Chloe have been in design for how long? And we've never seen ANYTHING from them. Carrying around an iPad isn't enough. BOLD is terrible, but at least they show us dresses from Kohls and jewelry from Amazon. -- I know it's baked into the DNA of the show, but I will never enjoy seeing Jabot and Newman treat each other as if no other companies exist in the entire world. A new magical line of cosmetics is not going to bring down a company like Jabot. -- This is a writing problem, not a budget problem. An enormous amount of cash is not needed to write compelling business stories and show real products. This is writer LAZINESS.
