Awesome show today. Bravo to Tom Cassiello - i thought his Winters episode was blah, but today he did everything right.

- Poor Ashley.

- If I had any faith in the Emmys, MS's Emmy would be awaiting a playmate. She's just flawless. I almost got mad again today that they haven't utilized her for the past few years.

- SH though, she's just superb. I can't even imagine what MJ is going to do next. I'd also weigh in that SH should teach a master class in anti-heroines. Best casting of a new role I've seen since, well EH.

- CE cemented his idiocy today - whatever the reason he left this role, he's the biggest fool for leaving. It's the meatiest role for a young male on daytime.

- Nick truly seemed just like his father's son today for the first time to me. His will to do just what he wanted, regardless of the consequences was Victor Newman. JM isn't the best actor, but his character makes a lot of sense to me, is intersting and I'm glad he'll never be able to get on his high horse again or for a very long time.

You saved me a lot of typing. I was gonna write almost every word above. I now officially loathe Nick, and I no longer see merit in JM's acting.

"I love you, Sharon," he says, with a line reading like he's looking up the phone # for his local RiteAid.

I just saw a Y&R promo on CBS prime time.

Cool! I'd be more excited if it wasn't Friday, and nobody's watching.

They need to burn Nick and Phyllis's sofa, everyone screws on it.

Sexy!

I think Josh better forget his personal disappointment with the story and step up and sell this reunion.

Ok...what's happening. I know MAB said she was going for some more comedy but truly....

I am not sure if I am going to be able to stop laughing at this Shick SATIRE. Actually I don't want to stop, I don't mind seeing more of it! As long as there is no " fairytale castle" or "white horses" brought on set I am good to go.

And for the love of all that is holy, did Nick rehearse what he was going to say to Phyllis. Did he write it down and memorize it?! Was he reading from a teleprompter! Did he say all those things in such a cold manner because he felt like he has failed his wife for not being the man that she thought he was so he can hightail back to Sharon who will take him whichever way she can because she said so in her "Ode to Nick"!!! And what's with the looking through the window, did he want to make sure that Phyllis look defeated so he can go and fulfill the "PROPHECY"!! I need to go find my own post where I said whoever Nick chooses next is going to wish he hadn't chosen her.

And oh COME ON, why does Jack always have to be used for "pity sex"..it's NOT FAIR!!! <_< Phyllis, Sharon, and back to Phyllis again. Seriously, can we just pair him up with Victor already!!

And I am really beginning to enjoy the crazies, MJ and Adam. I hope they cause much mayhem and havoc. They have brought a lot of twisted energy into the show. What an interesting week.

that's the weird part of this whole thing. There's no - "oh they're back together" goodness. Usually when supercouples get back together it's like the whole world has a parade, but there's no parade today and there ain't gonna be one any time soon for this couple or anyone else.

Nick and Sharon! Those two belong together and Im glad that it looks like it will finally happen. Phyllis sure was spot on with them and what would happen..lol

Jack and Phyllis! Those two should still be together. I hope they reunite as well. lol...I wonder if she will not be on MJ's hit list

Question. Jack proposed to Sharon the other day but arent they already married? I remember her filing for divorce, but I thought they both put a stop to that one of the 5 times they reunited over the past couple of months. Was he just talking about renewing their vows

I just knew Adam was going to wear that dress. He is taking this stuff way too far. And for what? What the heck is he trying to prove

Their divorce was finalized a few months ago, but Jack kept on taking her back after that, but they weren't married. Jack wanted to re-marry her over again.

I love your entire post!!! Especially about MS and SH! ;) I too am enjoying SH a lot and I had never seen her work before..she is rather good. I feel strange wishing a character to wreak havoc and mayhem, but hey, if it moves the show forward and out of this past MAB has locked us into I am all for it.

Yeah, we really need to think about why the writers have made Phyllis the "prophet" about the s/l for the "prophecy". But she also said if I am wrong so...

Yes. Now I want the crazies to clean house.

Mow down half of f*cking Genoa City, and spare enough cash to afford Nikki. I'm mad.

:lol::lol:

I am refraining from commenting on the MTS issue because I am BLOODY angry myself!!:angry: But there is this saying that what goes around comes around (my creed)...and Y&R lately has had too much gossip mongering going on and it will catch up to the show in ways that no soap in this dying genre wants and also to whoever is driving this issue - it is only a matter of time. With that said though I truly do understand the need for paycuts and I fear that this is not going to get any better. <_<

Apparently, Phyllis tells Jack on Monday's US episode that she wants

to fight for Nick

.

Shouldn't it be the other way around? Phyllis is an idiot and a doormat if she goes through with this, and I will have no symapthy for her when it backfires on her ass, AGAIN.

I want her to tear the whole place up!! She's just been set up so perfectly. That's the way you set up a pyscho - give them a good reason, give them an unbelivable amount of pain and love, make the audience feel their pain, and give them the power to wreak havoc = you got yourself a damn good bitch.

MJ makes me wish I could remember how they really reformed Phyllis. I know most of it was just taking SN out of the role and resting her for a long bit. But I just don't remember how she made amends.
