There's nothing wrong with wanting better for the show, Sylph and I just don't feel the need to compromise for more mediocrity at this point.

I don't find Vail that bad. Y&R has far worse actress...shudders ...Valley Girl..Lilly....cringe...Colleen...ugh...not to mention Ms. Aussie Woman

I used to think that they could, but then I realized that it's just the discussion itself that was pulling me down. I think if reading someone else's negative opinion is really pulling you down it's time to take a break. I left a GH board for that very reason. I don't find SON all that negative myself.

Honestly, I find it hard to believe that a creature with a pulse would not find her hot.

I really feel (including acting ability) she has the potential to be the next Sharon Case or Katherine Kelly Lang.

Yes, I know that is a VERY specific niche...but it is one that has served two shows well. They've made the mistake of making her too hard and too smart...rather than the Hawaiian Tropic girl she is.

She should have been a girl with stars in her eyes, too trusting, maybe too sexy....the template on which the above mentioned young ladies and Nikki were all built. As the daughter of Paul, she could have been the young sexpot ingenue who lurches from mistake to mistake, building a fandom of prurient admirers and those who suffer with her through each agony.

It's not too late. She shows some real signs of being stupid and sexy despite being ADA. I'd disbar her, and then have her start over as a model or something. And from there, she needs to find her Nicholas/Ridge.
