Hmmm...but Khan, I hope that doesn't mean you've already decided not to like me. I'll use less expensive words, I promise.

Maybe that is the clue. We've all been acting as though he is sane, and therefore his suspected gaslighting of Ashley is evil. But what if...all those lonely nights on the farm with a blind mama...nothing but the bleeting of sheep...eventually drove him MAD! What if he's warped and crazy? Insanity is a defense! It means he can gaslight Ashley and do all manner of heinous things...and then, with the help of a pill and some psychotherapy...be redeemed.

Hmmm. Weren't you complaining about thread length?

I tried to add a picture of shirtless Daniel to the "soaphunks thread"...but I find nothing STRAIGHT ON. I have a flash of his back tattoo. I have a profile shot. I even have his bare *ss! But I don't have shirtless Graz. I guess he objects to objectification?

No he doesn't! After some of the clunkers he has sported, this is at least a return to something close to his debut haircut.

Me too. Although, if spoilers are true, maybe he'll get a

?

Y&R needs more romance. Not cheap bed-hopping. I don't want them back together, but Victor/Nikki used to be great at that. I loved the scene where Victor got Il Divo to serenade Nikki. We need more of those scenes. One last thing, PLEASE don't give those scenes to Lily/Cane either. Kay/Murphy are a great place to start (I loved the mambo proposal, more of that).

This works precisely because it happened before. Just as the Katherine/Marge s/l. It's a repeat of history with a twist.

What Victor and Jack eventually do after they figure out who's gaslighting Ashley doesn't make a difference. Adam's not thinking about how Victor might not love Ashley as much as his other loves, he's thinking, "she's an easy target that will directly affect Victor and not frame me." Same with Jack.

And of course Victor will win in the end, but, to me, that doesn't matter. What matters is how we get there. And Ashley won't be the only one who gets caught in this whole scheme. I'm sure he'll have a bunch more up his sleeve.

I also don't think he'll be a gnat after this. Adam is no Nicholas or Heather. He is Jack. He'll win one of these battles. But there'll be plenty of battles coming.

Yes, I am too. Darn, now I can barely read the rest of this thread because people will start responding to it without being either vague or using spoiler tags themselves.

ETA: OK, I see some people were kind about it. Thanks!
