IIRC, Jason was there for Robin Strasser's return, and for her breast cancer storyline, too. In fact, I think he was the one who discovered the lump in her breast during sex, but I might be wrong.

Should OLTL bring back Jason? Sure! Any excuse to bring back Wanda Wolek would be fine w/ me. :-)

Robin's Dorian did work with Jason when she first came back to the show. They had decent chemistry if I remember correctly, but Malone and Griffith didn't know how to write for Robin' Dorian at first. Their version of her came across as weak and needy so the story didn't work for me. It wasn't until a year or so in to her return that they hit their stride with Dorian by telling the "Lord of the Banner" story which led to Dorian standing trial and being convicted for Victor's murder, David coming to town and producing fake evidence to get her out and then posing as the lost Lord heir which was Todd. Dorian then seduced Joey to get back at Vicki but ended up falling for Joe. When Vicki found out the truth ES and RB shared what I consider their best work together in Vicki's DID story. I would rather see a Joe/Dorian redo than a Dorian /Jason redo. With her relationship with Clint and their shared animosity under her belt and her history with Vicki, that would be a much more entertaining story IMO. Imagine if they were to marry. Vicki would be Dorian’s mother-in-law. How funny would that be?

I've always wanted them to try Joey/Dorian again, but none of the actors who have played Joey since NF have been able to have the maturity needed to be with Dorian.

I can imagine Frons would also freak out at an older woman/younger man pairing, unless it's some "Cougar" nightmare with a heavily Botoxed 35 year old having her way with a 19 year old who looks 30.

Talia's dead and nobody seemed to be too torn up about it. I FF'ed all the GiReStaSchuy crap.

Of special note: WHOA at Charlie getting all passive aggressive with Viki! Didn't see that coming at all. I am glad they worked out the issue but Viki seemed kind of turned off after he got uptight with her. I've never seen that side of Charlie before! It was upsetting, LOL.

And you're likely to see it again, I think. Because, either Charlie's hitting the sauce again, or they're looking to do a emotional/verbal abuse PSA w/ Viki, w/ a big, splashy whodunit for November sweeps.

DearGodinHeaven,

Please do not let Rachel fall in love with her client Cole.

Thank you, amen.

Love, SFK

Did anyone think it was a little strange the way Dorian said, "What would make anyone want to kill that very attractive police officer"?? Was that like a Valentine to BAB? And the issue of Talia's looks aside, since when do pretty people not get murdered?

Yes, that's exactly what happened, he felt the lump when they were in bed and Dr.(!) Dorian was in major denial and refused to see a physician at first. I agree with oltl's assessment of Robin's return, it wasn't super strong at first and she really hit her stride with the Lord of The Banner/murder trial/David and Irene's diary/DID stuff. I think RS kinda resented that she'd suggested Dorian getting involved with a younger guy a la Cher and boytoy on the back of a Harley during the end of her first run only to see them go ahead with such a s/l with EP. RS really got the tail end of the Jason fling.

    • Dallas peaked early, IMO. Maybe not a fair statement as I’m still making my way through the first half of its run, but I think it’s hard to argue to point that S3 into S4 was its high point. Back to Knots. Wrapping up “And Never Brought to Mind.” Greg’s introduction kinda took me by surprise. I low-key dreaded his arrival bc I know he very quickly gets to the center of the show, but even though they wasted no time connecting him with Mac, Abby, Gary, and Karen, it still feels like a gradual intro. The juxtaposition of the ending of the Chip story with the heating up Abby’s plotting is quite symbolic of the changes the show was going through. I absolutely cannot imagine Kenny and Ginger having any part in any of this. Yall, the Gary/Val piano theme that they pull out from time to time is my FAVORITE. I find myself humming it constantly.
    • Bloodshed is inevitable now. It’s another reason I’m glad Black people aren’t getting involved in these protests. As awful as this is, I keep reminding myself that 54 percent of Latino men voted for Trump. These people were put in harm’s way by members of their own communities and sometimes even members of their own families. Too many people decided to touch the stove.
    • Maybe I'm still in denial, but nothing about Neighbours' ongoing social media output gives the vibe of a show that's ending. In today's 'Roundup' video, Alan Fletcher referenced that production finishes in five weeks, but in all the show's posts the cast are as jovial and lighthearted as ever. Remarkably so for people who are about to lose their jobs.    Perhaps they're just putting a brave face on things, and I know they approached the previous axing with a positive attitude. Maybe putting an upbeat face on things is a collective way of showing potential backers that there's still life in the show? Or is it possible that they already know the show has been saved, and we'll get an announcement next month when filming wraps and the show 'rests'?   Does any of that make sense?!
    • A very good week for male eye candy on GH. New Michael is beautiful, Curtis's arms looked great in that polo shirt, Cody looks even more handsome with his new haircut AND we got Marco in swim shorts rocking his lovely bod and chest fur.

    • Yeah when Jamey Giddens did breakdowns for DAYS, he would sometimes state in tweets that specific things were his idea that he had pitched to Ron.
    • I don't, since they've clearly incorporated them into Tomas' storyline, and I happen to like his tattoos, but his jackets not fitting doesn't mean they're trying to cover his tattoos. The clothing overall isn't the issue; it's the fit. And I expect(ed) more from Jeresa Featherstone and her team. Very disappointed. He's the only male, overall, whose costume irritates me.
    • "And OMG, watching the scenes of Roger's return in comparison...the quality in the writing really nosedived. The stupid mask." Very much agreed.  Having Roger hide behind a mask for weeks/months, with it culminating with him swinging in on a vine at Blake/Phillip's wedding....geez.  So juvenile. IMO, Guiding Light never did a good job reintroducing major characters, either from the dead or elsewhere.  Masked balls = awful.  Amish = awful. When Reva was brought back from the dead, she should've just showed up in Springfield as Reva, and informed everyone that she had been gone for years because she felt like it.  She had a four-year fling with some dude who ended up dumping her due to disloyalty. Josh would be pissed and declare that their love is not *always* but *sometimes* and he'd act accordingly.  Her kids would hate her.
    • Agreed. The Emmys next year are gonna be a pretty tough competition and I hope we get a Days sweep lol  Not only does Deidre deserve a nomination for these last few weeks, but I also think Paul Telfer, Raven Bowens, Carson Boatman, Dan Feuerriegel and Alison Sweeney have good chances as well.
    • It’s not about a lack of faith and trust in MVJ, it’s about a a lack of faith and trust in Ron Carlivati, who I think can be very sneaky and manipulative when he wants to be.  And, all that “He’s just a breakdown writer” talk never changed my mind about anything, because at Days, it was “just a breakdown writer” that gave us some of the worst episodes I’ve ever seen.
