Absolutely. That said, Cynthia J Popp, Ron Weaver and Rhonda Friedman have all been very important to the success and running of the show. JFP could be in a similar role.

I agree too, if JFP had the power she used to wield at her old shows the Hospital would have a stronger presence and the Mob would be secondary. She also would have fired Steve Burton by now (JFP isn't impressed with him, one, little, bit)...JFP is a bitch, there is no doubt about it, but she can also be very nice and very good at executing a vision.

That's the problem with GH: the vision. Guza is a bigger part of the problem than JFP...but even then...it's FRONS who is the iron fist at GH. He's just IN LOVE with Benard and Burton and the rest of the male chauvinist pig crowd.

At ABC Daytime the problems start from the top down.

As much as I wouldn't want JFP anywhere near Y&R or B&B (actually scratch that, she'd probably do some good at B& I am glad that she's probably gleeful right now with the move to HD and the new hospital set.

I also agree with you about B&B. I think JFP could really do some good with that show.

One other thing: Bradford Anderson is one of the ugliest people to EVER appear on television and his asinine line reading is excruciating to endure. His undereye bags can only be solved by surgery...but then you've got the rest of his face to contend with!

He has no place on GH, and no place on TV for that matter and it's not just his looks, he is a horrible actor. I'd rather listen to nails on a chalk board for hours than his voice!

From the pay cuts Susan Lucci, Michael E Knight, Ray Macdonnell and Agnes Nixon all took...that might be a joke...or it might not be...this is ABC we're talking about here.

Any chance at Bob Guza took a pay cut? He is the one person who should have his salary slashed in half because he is writing GH into the ground.

As I have said before, Hi-def is just going to show the utter cheapness of ABC soaps even more. Its not going to be pretty, especially if they bring hi-def to AMC.

Nothing can help GH in the long run! Nothing! Not even if they brought back all of the Quartermaine's they have killed off in the past 5 years and said Helena kidnapped them. Not if they brought back Georgie from beyond the grave. Not if Felicia, Anna, Robert, Frisco, Bobbie, Tony, Laura or Scotty came back. The silver has been tarnished, there is no polish in the world they can use to clean the surface and return it to it's original splendor. The only thing I believe can honestly help GH is to rid the cast of character's such as Jason, Sonny, Claudia, Jax, Carly, Johnny, Spanelli. Get rid of them all! (Even though I believe they might be able to keep Johnny and end all of this ties to the mob) But just get rid of those characters and start over and reintroduce the hospital. Begin telling stories of love and passion, stories revolving around the hospital. That is all they can do to help the show and build up a new audience. Their core audience, I believe is done. They have been burned way too many times.

Bradford Anderson is an adorable guy.

I have met him many times, and he honestly is rather handsome. Esp all dressed up. Also, in person he doesnt have the bags under his eyes. Im not saying hes sexy, but hes far from ugly. He looks a normal dude, and i like that. I feel the same way about Brandon Barash. Id much rather see those types than twinky muscle boys. Anytime.
